This is why lawyers in this country fight so hard to keep Tort Reform from becoming law. This is why they sent so much money to the Democratic party. This is why as long as there are 41 dems in the senate, we'll never get Tort Reform. And who keeps on losing, we the people. The winners are the lawyers and the Democratic party!!

I really wanted to say something about how having been called very belittling names because of my support for Trump, has really NO effect still for that support. It'll be a cold day in hell when a bunch of words, idle threats, mask wearing, thugs on the left could ever change my mind. Too bad your side thinks just by keeping our side quite that you win!! But unlike Kevy, who bragged for almost a year about how our side was going to lose come Nov of 2016 and just say wait until this Nov.
Why don't we admit why the left hates the Constitution, it was written by all white guys. Plain and simple! The left want to make any and all laws from the bench and by pass Congress. That's why the left will choose the courts that are friendly to what they want changed. The only way to stop this is to put in judges that follow the Constitution. This way we are all equal before the law!!
