By law, the Obama administration is allowed to grant one million green card permits to foreign nationals each year. The president can also issue another 700,000 work permits to foreign guest workers each year foreigners who can be legally employed in the U.S.
However, when it comes to President Obama, when has the law ever mattered?
Breitbart News is reporting that written responses to questions from the the Senate Judiciary Immigration and the National Interest Subcommittee the committee that oversees the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) the USCIS has been issuing more than a million extra work permits annually since Obama took office. According to the USCIS:
new and renewed work permit approvals amounted to about 1.23 million in fiscal year 2009, 1.08 million in FY 2010, 970,277 in FY 2011, 1.24 million in FY 2012, 1.68 million in FY 2013 and 1.24 million in FY 2014.
In addition, the categories of immigrants that received the illegal permits included:
Illegal immigrants granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, immigrants granted Temporary Protective Status (TPS), spouses of guest workers, various types of foreign students, immigrants granted voluntary departure, parolees, as well as political asylum applicants and refugees.
Further, more than 113,800 individuals with final orders of deportation also were granted work permits in that six-year span.
These numbers come following a Center for Immigration Studies report by Jessica Vaughan who revealed that 7.4 million excess work permits were issued as part of a parallel immigrant work authorization system outside the numerical limits and categories set by Congress.
The USCIS has since updated the information provided to Vaughan via a Freedom of Information Act request to account for the different categories of immigrants. Using the updated numbers, Vaughan explained to Breitbart News that the Obama administration has been abusing what should be considered very limited authority to issue work permits.
Vaughan added that work permits were intended to be a benefit those who are applying for legal status or as a temporary benefit. Instead, the Obama administration had been issuing them to people who are not eligible for legal status. In an emailed statement to Breitbart News, Vaughan said
The (Obama) administration has used them (work permits) as a way to secretly give out benefits to huge numbers of people who are not eligible for a legal status. They are using them to bypass the law and evade the rules set by Congress that limit the number of people who can take jobs here.
Vaughan further called on Congress to take action to rein in the issuance of these work permits.
Its no wonder people are flocking here to claim asylum, enrolling in school, and using other tactics to get here by hook or by crook. This shadow immigration system is displacing Americans and legal workers from jobs, and Congress needs to take back control of the process without delay.
When Vaughans first broke the story earlier this year, Senator Jeff Session (R-AL), Chairman of the immigration subcommittee demanded an investigation. At the outset, Senator Sessions said:
This massive increase in the labor supply has occurred simultaneously with a steep drop in family incomes and a sharp rise in the number of Americans pushed out of the workforce.
All jobs gains since the recession have gone to foreign workers, while the slack labor market has depressed median family incomes almost $5,000 in that time.

A 93-year-old World War II veteran was robbed while driving to his daughters house last Saturday morning in St. Louis. And when he stopped for help, minutes later, he was carjacked by different thugs.
But the old man that was robbedtwice, by thugs in St. Louiswas not just any World War II veteran; he was a historic one. He was one of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, the first African-American pursuit pilots, who were critical to protecting U.S. bombers from the enemy over Europe and parts of Northern Africa.
After getting lost on the drive to his daughters home at around 11:20am, he pulled over to call his daughter for directions. Thats when a man got into the car, demanded cash, and then fled in another car.
The victim tried to follow him, but couldnt. Once he lost sight of his robbers car, he pulled over and asked two men for help.
But instead of helping the victim, they stole his car and drove away.
The veteran is physically uninjured, and has told reporters that hed rather not create publicity (and attract potentially more harm) by revealing his name. All he wanted was his car backwhich, thankfully, was found just a few days later, mostly unscathed except for a dent in the back bumper.
But the good news is that not everyone in St. Louis is bad: when executives at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team heard what happened to the veteran, they stepped in to help.
I think like everybody else, we were absolutely heartbroken, said Ron Watermon, the spokesman for the Cardinals. We heard about it and just reached out to him and said look, we want to help. And were donating some tickets and a field visit and giving a fan a VIP experience to the game against the (Chicago) Cubs.

You said you have a big heart, and that youre not mean-spirited, said a reporter at Donald Trumps town hall event in Derry, New Hampshire. Are you aware that the term anchor baby, thats an offensive term? People find that hurtful.
Trump said, You mean its not politically correct and yet everybody uses it? He asked the reporter what term he should use instead.
The American-born children of undocumented immigrants, suggested the reporter.
Trump considered this for a brief moment before shaking his head. Ill use the word anchor baby.'
And so begins the latest chapter in the never-ending saga of Trump: The Candidate. Unrelentingly harsh, the real estate mogul fuels his popularity by refusing to bow to the lefts recommended speech parameters. Unlike Democrats (and no small number of Republicans), Trump is not going to use undocumented workers in place of illegal immigrants. Hes not going to adopt the PC speech rules. Hes not going to stop using the term anchor babies.
For that, conservatives are cheering. And rightfully so. Unlike what many of his critics claim, Trump is not being offensive just for the sake of being offensive. One cable news commentator argued that the term anchor babies was dehumanizing. Nonsense. Trump is not casting aspersions on innocent immigrant babies, as though they had a say in their circumstances. He is fighting against a scam that is turning this country into a third-world hell hole one anchor baby at a time. What could be more dehumanizing than using your baby to get a free pass into the United States? Compared to that cynical scheme, it hardly matters what we call it.
Trumps critics say that birthright citizenship is codified in the 14th Amendment, meaning there is nothing you can do about the anchor babies. This is also nonsense. You might as well say the 14th Amendment allows for gay marriage. Oh wait
Its true, the 14th Amendment will prove to be an obstacle for any president who wants to eliminate this cultural scourge. But we dont need a constitutional convention to settle the issue. We need politicians who recognize how absurd it is to stand by and watch helplessly as Mexicans take advantage of our better nature. Youre not going to tell me theres no one smart enough to find a way to patch this hole without trampling the Constitution. If gun control of any kind can exist in harmony with the 2nd Amendment, this loophole should be a cinch to close.
And Donald Trump, against all odds, may just be the man to do it.

Top Democrats and top Republicans sound much the same when talking about the meteoric campaign of Donald Trump. The New York City real estate baron is getting it from both sides, and his numbers continue to defy the constant onslaught of criticism. Thats not too surprising when you realize that both parties share equal blame for his success.
President Obamas lawless reign of terror was guaranteed to inspire a conservative backlash heading into 2016. Conservatives have watched in horror as this president has undermined national security, made peace with the forces of Islamic darkness, and thwarted the Constitution. Weve watched him set the wheels in motion, sliding America down a track that ends in democratic socialism. Weve watched as Obama and the Democrats take insidious steps to divide us racially and culturally. The attacks on the South. The war on law enforcement. The endless vilification of conservative Christians.
Last November, conservatives came out in force to let Washington know that wed had enough. Republicans dominated the mid-term elections, retaining control of the House of Representatives and gaining the majority in the Senate. Finally, the GOP would put an end to this madness. John Boehner and Mitch McConnell had a multi-part mandate, and they promised the public that they would live up to the task. No more amnesty. No more Obamacare. No more stalling on the Keystone pipeline. Republicans were going to approach Congress with the wrath of conservatism fueling their political efforts.
And then
nothing....
Time and again, voters were forced to stand idly by while Republican leadership flagrantly betrayed them. Its one thing to realize youre headed into a battle where the outcome is uncertain. Its another thing to watch your friends flee the moment the battle starts. GOP leadership proved that is it either incompetent or cowardly, caving in every time they faced the slightest opposition. In time, they even began attacking conservatives in their own party. Whatever Republican lawmakers represented, it wasnt conservatism.
In this way, Republicans and Democrats have conspired to create the monster known as Donald Trump. Seen through this prism, Trumps unstoppable campaign is easy to understand. Heres an outsider who isnt afraid to rub people the wrong way. He isnt working from a careful script. He isnt concerned about political correctness. The further he gets from the typical politician, the more his numbers grow. Conservatives dont want someone presidential if it means four more years of the same. Trump could backhand Jeb Bush in the next debate and his polling would probably soar through the roof.
To be honest, its been depressing to watch. Not because Trump is an outrageous candidate, but because Republicans are facing down an enemy too powerful to be this divided. Democrats have their own problems, but they arent in the middle of an ideological civil war. Until Republicans get on the same page, its going to be hard to win the White House.
All conservatives want is someone who will stand and fight. Someone who will stop kicking these important issues down the road, impotently placating big business and independent moderates and a hostile press. America is facing dark times, and we need someone who understands that. Trump is among a handful of Republican candidates who does. Is he the best possible choice? Probably not. Is he a better choice than another establishment RINO?

1. We could stop giving Mexico over 200 million in foreign aid per year and rescind China's 25 million in foreign aid, and use those funds on walls and fences to keep illegal aliens from both countries from crossing our Southern border.
2. According to the Government Accountability Office (GAO), our Border Patrol seizes about 32.5 million dollars in drug money leaving the US each year and this is estimated to be less than 1% of the money going over the border. We could use seized drug monies to fund the wall.
3. By 2006 the Bush administration had stopped fining all businesses that hire illegals. We could generate millions of dollars in funds for the families of Americans killed by illegal aliens and the border wall by fining businesses that hire illegals as current US laws say we should! Sec. 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it unlawful for any person knowingly to hire, recruit or refer for a fee any alien not authorized to work. An employer that violates these laws can face penalties of:
· $250 to $2,000 fine for each unauthorized individual;
· $2,000 to $5,000 for each employee if the employer has previously been in violation; or
· $3,000 to $10,000 for each individual if the employer was subject to more than one cease and desist order.
4. We should tell the 12-20 million illegal immigrants in America they are to begin leaving immediately and any that we have to detain and deport will have any and all assets seized to compensate the American taxpayers for the cost of their arrest, deportation, and any social services they drained while in the US. Tell illegal aliens you will seize their belongings, assets, cash, and bank accounts and watch them run for the border on their own! Illegal aliens leaving America on their own would dissuade many future illegals from even trying to enter illegally. The US could set up special points of exit where illegals could leave America and avoid asset seizures and the 10 year ban penalty.
5. The Treasury Departments Inspector General determined that $4.2 billion was paid in 2010 to illegal aliens in the form of tax returns and Earned Income Tax Credits. Use federal databases to determine who is illegal in America and immediately seize any withholding taxes from their paychecks and designate those funds to go to the family members of illegal alien victims, and the border wall. Stop all Earned Income Credit IRS refunds going to illegal aliens to save millions!
6. Studies indicate that over half of all illegal immigrants in America are already receiving some form of welfare and that this consumption rate will more than triple if they are ever given citizenship or legal status. The Federation of Americans for Immigration Control estimates illegals drain over 100 Billion dollars in taxpayer resources each year. An Executive Order should be signed by our President ordering a halt to all welfare, housing, food, tuition, and non emergency healthcare assistance to illegal alien foreign nationals. Illegal aliens are draining billions of dollars in taxpayer resources that could easily be cut off and conserved for Americans and the wall.
7. All visa fees should be increased but we should apply the greatest visa fee price increases to countries like Mexico, China, and Brazil which contribute the largest amounts of people to our illegal immigrant populations. If your home nation is responsible for a significant portion of America's illegal immigration problem then your citizens pay higher visa fees to help America build walls and fences, and to deport your citizens back home.
8. Tariffs should be applied to products coming in from our largest illegal alien contributor nations like China and Mexico, and the monies raised from these tariffs should be given to immigration and border law enforcement agencies, the border wall project, and the victims of illegal immigrant crimes.
9. Apply a 5% tax on all remittances to Mexico and other nations each year applied to wire transfers made by banks. It is estimated that Mexican remittances are 20 Billion dollars per year alone. At 5% this will generate 100 million dollars per year for wall construction funds.
10. Illegal immigrants caught committing further crimes in America or caught reentering America after deportation should be assigned to work camps set up and supervised by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. These prisoners should be made to wear pink underwear and work hard labor constructing the walls and fences to keep other illegal immigrants like themselves out. When word spreads around the world that illegally immigrating to the US will land you in a prison work camp run by Joe Arpaio, illegal crossings will plummet and we will save millions of dollars in wall construction costs.

The way things are going for the Democratic front-runner, maybe the headline for this column should be When will the Democrats dump Hillary? because things have certainly not been going well for the presidential candidate.
The first indication that something is seriously wrong for her candidacy is the startling success of Bernie Sanders campaign against her. Sanders, the avowed socialist senator from Vermont, has been drawing much larger crowds at his campaign rallies than anything Hillary Clinton can corral. He even out-polled her in one survey in New Hampshire.
And the guy is not even a Democrat, for crying out loud!
When an obscure politician from Vermont whos a registered independent not even a member of her party can attract bigger crowds and more responses in a poll, it says there is something seriously wrong in the Clinton candidacy.
Whats wrong, of course, is that a huge number of people simply dont believe her. And their numbers are growing like mushrooms after a rainstorm. The latest Fox News poll, taken just last Friday, reports that 58 percent of Americans now believe Hillary lied about not having classified material on her private email server. And 54 percent believe her use of that private server created a security risk.
It isnt just hard-core Republicans who share these suspicions. Fox found that an even larger majority of independent voters some 67 percent believe she lied. Even women voters, by an 11-point margin, say the lady has not been telling us the truth. So much for the support from what may be Hillarys most cherished constituency.
Yes, the situation for Hillary is looking pretty grim. And Dick Morris says its going to get a whole lot worse. In fact, the political analyst predicts that before this scandal is over, Hillary will be indicted.
Morris points out that the inspectors general who reported finding classified material in her emails based their conclusions on just two emails out of 40 that were reviewed. There are 30,000 more to go.
Morris says: When they go through all 30,000, the evidence is going to be so overwhelming that I believe she will be indicted.
Im a little doubtful that the Justice Department, which has been incredibly politicized under the Obama administration, will decide to pursue charges against Clinton. In fact, I suspect that one reason her server was finally turned over to the FBI after being swept as clean as her technicians could make it was because she was confident that an investigation would drag on well past next years primaries.
But Hillary doesnt have to be indicted for this scandal to doom her presidential ambitions. When a large enough majority of potential voters believe the lady is a liar, the Democratic power brokers will demand she be replaced.
Who will they pick? Theres no question who is the favorite of the leftwing zealots in the Democratic Party: Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts. Shed be a fervent campaigner with a fanatical base of support. But since she is, if anything, even further left than socialist Sanders, its hard to believe a majority of voters will buy into her strident rhetoric.
The other candidates already in the race sure dont have much to offer. Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee says he wants the U.S. to adopt the metric system. That position wont win him enough support to fill an elevator.
Former Maryland Gov. Martin OMalley demonstrated the backbone of a jellyfish when he succumbed to the intimidation of the Black Lives Matter radicals. And former Sen. Jim Webb of Virginia, who by all accounts is a pretty decent guy, hasnt been able to impress anyone beyond his immediate family.
Pressure is growing for Vice President Joe Biden to enter the race. But while hes got a great smile and a pretty decent resume, do we really want as president a guy who is so notorious for sticking his foot in his mouth? And dont get me started on Al Gore, who is possibly the most mean-spirited man since Lyndon Johnson to hold national office.
Dont expect Clinton to quietly give up her quest. She may not have much charisma (thank goodness!), but shes got a ton of ambition. And we know her team will play the hardest of hardball to get her elected.
While the Republican battle for the nomination has been getting most of the publicity, it looks like things could get just as interesting for the Democrats. Will Hillary emerge as victor or vanquished? A lot of the smart money is betting on the latter.

What I'm about to tell you is politically incorrect, but it needs to be said.
There's a reason why Donald Trump is smoking his Republican competition: He wants to put Americans first -- not the illegals.
Trump understands a fundamental truth: The United States of America has been invaded by millions of illegals from Mexico and parts due south.

The illegals are pillaging and plundering our economy. Some are raping and murdering our fellow countrymen. They have been given accommodation at the expense of the American taxpayer.
And yet our elected leaders in Congress and the White House have chosen to stand down as the sovereignty of our great nation has been violated.
So while the politicians and pundits have scampered away from the issue Trump stepped up to the plate and offered a concise plan that would secure our border and restore our sovereignty.
The plan, which you can read here, calls for defunding sanctuary cities, building a border wall, ending the catch and release program, and the mandatory deportation of all criminal aliens.
Trumps plan was heralded by none other than Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., the lone voice crying out in the political wilderness on this issue of national importance.
This is exactly the plan America needs, Sessions said. Polling shows this plan will appeal broadly to all segments of the electorate; prioritizing the just demands of loyal, everyday Americans who have been shunned by a governing elite.
Meanwhile, Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina raised doubts about Mr. Trump's political affiliation.
"It's not clear to me that Donald Trump is a Republican, first of all, based upon his willingness to run a third-party bid, and some of the positions that he's taken," Fiorina told ABC's This Week.
With all due respect to Ms. Fiorina, the fact that Trump may not be beholden to a political party very well may be the point.
Voters are disgusted with the political incompetence of both Republicans and Democrats.
And should Donald Trump pull off a historic upset and win the White House, I suspect illegals won't be the only folks running back across the border.

Back in 1992, as a bimbo eruption threatened Bill Clintons first
presidential campaign, he and Hillary rolled the dice with a 60 Minutes
interview. Looking tense and wearing a trademark headband, she supported him
even as she insisted with a Southern twang, Im not sittin here like some
little woman, standing by my man like Tammy Wynette.
Yet thats exactly what she was doing and it saved the day. Hubby went on
to finish second in the New Hampshire primary, and in his victory speech,
declared himself The Comeback Kid.
Nearly a quarter-century later, its Hillarys turn on the razors edge. The
Clintons arent kids anymore, but if theyve got a comeback strategy for her,
they better use it fast. Her doomsday clock is ticking.
Hardly a day goes by without more developments in her e-mail scandal and the
damage is reaching red-alert levels. The words criminal probe that she fought
so hard against when The New York Times broke the investigation story are now
routine, as are mentions of the FBI and the home brew server at the center of
it all.

Those people will never listen, even if it happens to be terrorist, they have no respect for their neighbor in this country. it's gonna be rough until some people with patriotic leaning inclinations get into office.

China is in economic trouble and their plan to pull themselves out could be to attack the evil United States. The evidence is mounting the Communist country is already at war with America, or at the very least gearing up for a major world war.
To warm the people of China up to the idea of war, Professor Liang Zhu of Chinas prestigious Peking University has written a scathing article that has gone viral on the Chinese Internet.
The article states that the evil U.S. has created a plot called historical nihilism, a theory that Zhu defined as rejecting the (Communist) revolution; claiming that the revolution led by the Chinese Communist Party resulted only in destruction; denying the historical inevitability in Chinas choice of the socialist road; calling it the wrong path; and that the history of the Party and New China is a continuous series of mistakes.
The author continues by saying that the Soviet Union collapsed because of historical nihilism. The beginning of the dismemberment of the Soviet Union started with Nikita Khrushes denunciation of Stalin, Mr. Liang wrote.
The professors main point is that America and the CIA are administering an evil plot to inject historical nihilism in todays China. Saying the CIAs plot is to make Chinas young people morally decadent, make them only interested in playing, only interested in sex, and make Chinese officials become shameless. This is what Americas so-called democracy is all about.
Not only did the article claim that America is plotting to ruin the youth, it also stressed the brilliance of the Chinese socialist economy. This fact comes up short, as China all but declared a currency war on the U.S. last week when it devalued its currency to become more competitive globally.
The housing market in China has also collapsed, and their stock market was in a free fall prior to the devaluation. They are in trouble. Certainly trouble that will be discussed in September with Chinese President Xi JinPing when he visits evil America.
The meeting in September looks to be very tense. Obama warned Bejing this week about Chinese government agents operating secretly in the US. Obama says that government officials are seeing a big spike in tourist visas for Chinese spies who are coming to America to bring back ex-patriates.
The Chinese government calls it Operation Fox Hunt. The goal appears to bring anyone back to China that may have secrets that the US could use against China in the future.
Meanwhile, China recently hacked the State Department and stole millions of records of U.S. government officials. They are gathering intelligence and testing our digital security on a very regular basis.
The Chinese are filling their citizens with propaganda, their economy is tanking to the point of them intentionally devaluing their currency, they are using spies to bring back ex-patriots, and they are stealing millions of files and records on Americas government employees.
Do we either look at this as the Chinese gearing up for something big and we should take them seriously, or we view them like the vague threats from North Korea?
