Not unexpected after the death threats he received. And I am sure that this will make all those folks in Ferguson safer because they can replace him with a .... I was going to say well qualified, but I do not know the pool they will choose from, replacement.

Anthony Gray, an attorney representing the Brown family, said he believes Wilson was acting merely for his own benefit.

“It’s probably in his best interest to sever his ties with the Ferguson community, as well as the Ferguson police department,” Gray said. “I think this incident has severely compromised his ability to police in the way he was paid to do by the city.”

Patricia Bynes, a Democratic committeewoman for Ferguson township who has been active in the protests, said the resignation is too little, too late.

Obama and Holder's plan didn't turn out exactly as planned. Some of Ferguson's black CITIZENS came to the rescue of a white man's place of business during the riots that the Obama Administration chose to allow to take place. My hat is off to these fine men who showed their compassion and their American spirit by helping one of their own, their "own" being a fellow American.

A group of black Ferguson residents armed with AR-15s and other weapons stood guard around a Conoco station, owned by a white man, and saved it from being burned after looters began wreaking havoc on November 24.

Because of the armed citizens, the Conoco was not only spared, but the owner did not even have to board up the station's windows.

According to Reuters, one of the men guarding the station was 37-year-old "Derrick Jordan--'Stretch,' as his friends call him." He arrived in front of the Conoco, pulled out an AR-15, and stood guard at the store's entrance. He was joined by three other black residents on November 25--all of whom had "pistols tucked into their waistbands" and all of whom took up positions around the Conoco.

Other armed black men joined Jordan and the others from time to time to help keep guard. They protected not only the building, but also citizens who pulled up to get gas.

Store owner Doug Merello said, "We would have been burned to the ground many times over if it weren't for them."

Jordan and the others said they did not get paid to stand guard. Rather, they did it because Merello had "employed many of them over the years and treats them with respect."

Hi, my name is Dale Ralston, I am a female. I have raised three children on my own, after my divorce, never taken a cent from charity or government. My children have all grown to work hard too and they have found themselves well off for that reason. I am white, they are white. I've been taught by my parents, "if you want something, nothing is free, you need to work hard and you will achieve. This is what I did, my children did and their children will do. As anyone living in this country should too be doing. There should be no free ride for anyone, other than our wounded Solders and their families. Some handicapped need assistance as well, but that also needs to be looked at more closely. There are so many so called handicapped on disability and it is sad we have to pay their way when they are quite capable of working themselves.

I've been following the Obama trail for as long as he's been President. After reading the 82 year old women's story who loved him, made me nervous and so reading on, I have to agree with every word she wrote. He is the worse President ever elected and I don't know how he was voted in for a second term. I do, but I can say that, so I'm just praying that all Good Americans that love America will stand up for themselves and put this last 8 years behind us and hopefully it will be a lesson too us all, that we should never listen to Any Politician that has the most to say and that they want change. Change comes with doing, not talking. Obama talks a good story, but doesn't know how to carry it through.
Everyone that has worked in this country knows, change only comes with hard work and loyalty.
Obama wanted to be "King" of America, well like all the non working low life garbage in this country we will soon be rid of him soon, I hope. He's a disgrace to the American People. He's a disgrace to the Black people too, the educated Black folks know this, the low life's, that have taking a free ride all their lives will never get it.
I do hope that America will be Free and Home of the Brave once again.
