I whole heartedly agree. If you make wedding cakes and a same sex couple wants you to make a cake for them, what they are doing is offering a contract to you. You have a legal right to decline the contract if you wish. This tenant of law went haywire when Liberal judges were elected to or appointed to the bench and began creating legislation rather than interpret the law. What we have now no way resembles the old common or English law we had at one time.
