But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.


The Fifteenth Amendment: --Section 1: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Section 2
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.


The Sixteenth Amendment:--The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The Seventeenth Amendment: -- The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.

This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.


The Eighteenth Amendment:--Section 1:After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.

Section 2:The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 3:This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.


The Nineteenth Amendment: --The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The Twentieth Amendment:--Section 1The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Section 2
The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.

If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Section 4
The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.

Section 5
Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.

In a properly run company, with a properly run union, with a properly run government, the salary and hourly workers thrive. But if one element is off, then all fail. The necessity of fairness is the key. The elimination of greed is also a necessity of fairness.

This transcends all aspects of life, to include safety. Osha would not exist had it not been for unions, and unions would not exist had it not been for companies, and none of the dynamic would exist without a governing entity to ensure fairness.

Companies are only as good as thier people, and unions are only as good as thier membership, and government is only as good as those they govern.

And to know MAGA is to understand this dynamic.

I often wonder if Ameicans as a whole can communicate? What is the agreed form of communication?

Then after communication, what follows is what weight do you put on what word?

The reason why I ask this question is simply because if three or more intelligent people talk about what the meaning of the comments of any person, this case Trump, what weight do you put on what word?

Miscommunication is the cause of many a person's demise.

1st off Trump is a business man turned politician. He uses words to get publicity. Any publicity is good publicity cause the average person would talk about him. Now that seems selfish, but is it really? I'll get back to that.

2nd as I previously stated Trump was a business man for a majority of his life, since that is true he will talk like a business man, therefore the term, "Bloodbath" simply means the negative effects that plague a business. Now if Donald was a soldier, or in law enforcement, "Bloodbath" would have an entirely different meaning, like Game of Thrones, "Red Wedding" or "Winters coming"

3rd after being the most misquoted man in American politics of all time, Donald Trump has found ways to get under the skin of his media enemies. He exposes thier dishonesty. So that therefore, could be selfish, but then again, he is right, in the context of how he speaks. Take his words out of context, and there is a completely different meaning that too is selfish and dishonest.

How can the pot call the kettle back, when the pot and kettle are made of Iron?

So here is the genius of Trump, since the media is going to be dishonest in reporting the news, why can't Trump, be dishonest with the media?

The civil war began not due to the actions of Lincoln before he was elected, but because the irresponsibility of Buchanan. Because Lincoln was elected, the tensions between the north and the south, textiles and farmers, plantation owners and slaves, quakers movement against slavery all contintrubuted to South Carolina from leaving the union.

South Carolina declared the reasons of the separation, claiming a two tiered justice system. If a person was a slave and escaped to the north, the north would violate the constitution by not returning the fugitive. This obviously is morally wrong, however, it is a violation of the constitution not to return the fugitive.

So the civil war, began when South Carolina charged the union with that grievance, and since the union of states refused to hear the grievance, they declared separation from the union.

Later Lincoln would tell congress, "We go to war to preserve the union" thus it was not a civil war but a war amongst the states.

Today we are in the same situation, the terms have changed, the names and places changed, but the idea remains the same.

Slavery was replaced with class warfare. The two tier justice system, was replaced from slavery, to the two major political parties, and chaos now surrounds us, just as it did for our ancestors.

Now, the principle against hypocracy remains the same. And it is that hypocracy that needs to change.

Each and every member of Maga movement is equal to one another, yet with in the function of thier status. But on the Democrat side, they are equal in name only.

Now in the 1800s leading up.to.the civil war, was a Supreme Court case, known as Dred Scot.

The court claimed that Scott was a slave and not a citizen therefore could not bring his case to court.

This decision would plague, the nation after the war.

Now 120 years later, we are arguing in.principle the same fight. It is a fact that Republicans since Lincoln, always practiced equality. But the democrats always divided the people.

Maga calls America the great melting pot.
Democrats call America where the person originated from African America, Asian American, Hispanic american......etc.

But the lefties would pervert that message, and they do it all the time.

But if you would stop all the lefty prejudice, and just look at who Maga really is, Maga is well meaning Americans, who want to be left alone. These are people, that try to live, life. The complex thinker always gets in trouble. Simple people rarely get into trouble. But when the lefties try to take away, what the simple enjoy, or even the profit they make, they will rise up and stop them. That's human nature.

If I trespass in your house, and take your gold or anything that belongs to you, you too will revolt against them.

Due to this reason, if a war does erupt as Donald warns, then history will repeat its self. And I'm against war, after serving in two, however, if the two sides can't come to a compromise, if they can't set aside thier grievances, as men, then the last result is force.

So put away the double standard and hypocracy, then war shall not come.

Like it or not, the only two choices you and I will have is Trump or Biden.
