BREAKING! BREAKING NEWS! I am sure this is just all over Fox News, if not, consider yourself informed. It seems that the Republicans Benghazi witnesses were not actually where they said they were or at least not Dylan Davies, aka Morgan Jones.

Yep, it looks like the Republicans have been up their old tricks of trying to take President Obama down again. And this has Darrell Issa's fingerprints all over it. Yep, Morgan Jones, who was just not himself when he appeared on CBS' "60 Minutes", turned out to be Dylan Davies. It would really be in Darrell Issa's best interest to find credible witnesses when he needs someone to lie, or at least find someone who was actually there. Davies, it seems, did not arrive on the scene until the next morning, at least that is what he told the FBI.

You would seriously think that the news media would know that whatever they receive about Benghazi will be nothing but lies. And that the Republicans have been trying to destroy Obama's presidency since January 2009.

ABC and now CBS, I don't think we will be hearing anymore about Benghazeeee. ABC's Jonathan Karl regrets lying about Benghazi and misleading his viewers with a lie that was fabricated by the House Republicans. They all know now that the GOP are out to get the President. Shame, shame, shame.

OH COME ON NOW, I do not know where you get your information, but it is fictitious. Seriously, those laws are set by a Republican Congress and a terrorist can buy 50 lbs or less of gunpowder without a background check. This was all over the news following the Boston Marathon bombings. The President tried to have Congress close the loophole in the law to prevent people on the "no-fly list" from buying weapons after they left the airport and they refused.

The only thing the House Republicans will regulate are women's bodies. And you really think they would prevent murderers, rapist, thugs, terrorist or criminals from their Constitutional right to bear arms. GET REAL. Even the NRA has not allowed stricter regulations.

The no fly list is secret and very sloppy. Using this list for gun purchases would infringe on the rights of innocent people. Graham wrote this below.

think anyone who's on the terrorist watch list should not lose their Second Amendment right without the ability to challenge that determination," says Graham, noting that the late Sen. Ted Kennedy showed up on the no-fly list in 2004 because a suspected terrorist was using the alias Edward Kennedy.

Social Security and Medicare are in trouble financially. Seniors aren't stupid. They know who tried to address a serious issue and who played politics. They understand Ryan attempted to offer a fix to the problem. I wouldn't pay much attention to The Atlantic.
ID's can be issued for free to cover the poll tax ... (show quote)

Yep, I should have been suspicious when I appauded you for being a smart Republican and then you go and make a post like these without any crediable resources. Oh well, whatever.

Nope, McCain wanted Obama to arm the Syrian rebels and he refused because he didn't want the weapons getting into the wrong hands. Besides, Syria finished destroying their chemical weapons on October 31, 2013, that according to "The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons". You see, the President believes that the $4 trillion that we are paying for Bush's wars would be better spent in our own country.

Seriously, what does the right really care about anyone's rights? Oh yes, the 2nd, the right to bear arms, what about the right to privacy? The 4th Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government -- does it not?

Not in Texas, when Perry's "shirtless thugs" stopped women for throwing out cigarettes when they weren't even smoking, now that is very suspicious stop. Then when the troopers pulled them over they claimed they smelled marijuana and that was enough for a "cavity search", on the side of the road, vagina and rectum without a change of rubbler gloves.

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/08/05/lawyers-illegal-body-cavity-searches-of-women-standard-policy-at-texas-traffic-stops/ (8.5.13)

Next up! Albuquerque, NM where a man was stopped for not making a complete stop at a "STOP" sign. When the man stepped out of his car the policeman claimed he was clinching his butt cheeks. And that was enough to take David Eckert to a hospital for a full investigation. The first hospital declined saying it was "unethical", but that didn't stop the Albuquerque police, they just took him to Gila Hospital and this is what they did to the man without his consent.

4 On Your Side Investigates Traffic Stop Nightmare
http://www.kob.com/article/stories/S3209305.shtml?cat=500#.UnkteqV41fN (11.4.13)

So, don't EVER, EVER, EVER, say criminals or terrorist should not lose their "right to bear arms" when innocent people are losing their right to keep their bodies private. Maybe those people should have been armed and shot the law enforcement officers because they were threatening their constitutional rights. Yeah, right, they would have gone to prison for life even in the "Stand Your Ground" states. The "SYG" law does have it's limits.

Just about every GOP state has rigged the courts to vote in their favor, and I doubt that these people will ever get justice without a "firey defense".

One officer was relieved of his duties only to be re-instated. And he is most likely out doing the same thing. So you better be on your best behavior when driving around in a GOP controlled state.

Seniors would really would be stupid if the voted for turning Medicare into a voucher program. That would send 80 and 90 year olds out in search for an individual insurance policy that would cost them anywhere from $2 thousand to $4 thousand more a year. Be serious now, the right is for the big insurance companies, big oil, big corporations getting richer even off of the backs of ailing seniors.

Social Security has absolutely nothing to do with the deficit, it is in the "Social Security Fund". You should be very familiar with it because it is the "pot of gold" that Republican presidents take money from to pay for the tax cuts for the rich. Reagan took $2.5 trillion from the fund with the help of Alan Greenspan. George W. Bush took $1.5 trillion, and when someone asked him how much was left he replied "Nothing but I.O.U's".

HOORAY, for another smart Republican. You may be the only one on the right that agrees to background checks. But, it seems to be all about the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms, even for blind people in Iowa, the mentally incompetent, and terrorist.

Yep, al Qaeda buys a lot of their weapons right here in the "good ole U.S.A." because of our lax background checks; that really should send a chill down your spine. But hey, more guns sold means more profits for the NRA who could really care less about the lives of others.

Al Qaeda urges terrorist to buy guns in the U.S.

Over 900,000 people have died in America from gun violence over the pass 30 years, that is an average of 30,000 to 40,000 every year. How many have died from terrorist during that same time frame? 3,400. That means we are killing our own citizens more than the terrorist.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2013/jan/18/mark-shields/pbs-commentator-mark-shields-says-more-killed-guns/

That is why I found it very puzzling that McCain was "chomping at the bit" and all but demanding "boots on the ground" in Syria after Bashar al-Assad killed his citizens with chemicals. When we are killing our own with guns.

The President tried to close the loophole for people on the "no-fly list" to prevent them from buying weapons, but the House GOPers voted for "more blood". So, no background checks for potential terrorist who can't fly on airplanes. And you wonder why the right has been referred to as "bloodthirsty rightwing Christians".

I guess I didn't explain it very well, college students can get a free ID from the DMV. FREE? Not really, the taxpayer will be footing the bill, at least I think they will be paying because I can't see them giving out ID's without compensation. Anything you have to buy to vote is a poll tax and an infringement upon the 24th Amendment.

Seniors for Romney? True for the 2012 election, but with the House Republicans attacks on Social Security and Medicare that vote is dwindling. McCain and Bush each won seniors by 8 points, Romney by 12 points and now the polls show that potential vote is down to 5 points.

Seriously, I don't understand why Paul Ryan keeps dragging out the privatizing SS and turning Medicare into a voucher program. None of those were popular and it would mean less money for seniors, but they still voted for Romney/Ryan. Who knows why? Maybe they thought they were cute.

I fine it appalling that gun buyers do not need photo ID's when buying from a private buyer. Seriously, they don't even have to do a background search. Just let anyone buy a gun, even criminals. In a lot of states, people who have served their time and are convicted felons can't vote, but they can buy a gun. Even if someone is on the "no-fly list", goes to the airport and is denied the right to board a plane can leave the airport, go to a gun shop and purchase all of the weapons they want. They can even buy 50lbs. of gun powder, if they really wanted to blow up something.

Those photo ID's, for voting, are nothing more than to inconvience the Democrats. They affect minorities, seniors, and college students; all of those mostly vote Democratic and use public tranportation, ergo, no drivers license. You get the picture.

More proof -- Democrats use early voting more than Republicans and a week of early voting is being cut in most GOP states. The Sunday before election day was called "Soul Sunday", that was when the blacks boarded buses after church and went to the precints. Need more proof?

Unbelievable! Isn't it just mind-boggling that they claim to be such fierce defenders of the Constitution while breaking just about every Amendment? Ooops, not the 2nd, that would be cause for tyranny.

The 26th Amendment lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 and gave college students the right to vote at their colleges. Not in my state, students can no longer use their college ID and can no longer vote at their college. How do they get away with it? And in Texas they can use a "concealed carry" permit, not their student ID's.

My governor even tried to establish a "state religion", when the very 1st Amendment says "freedom of religion". Why is religion even in politics? Someone stopped him based on the Constitution, but no one stopped him when it came to the college students. Who knows!

I really love videos because no one can deny that it happened. Jon Stewart noted that the Fox News defenders of the Constitution refused to be inconvienced by the actual Constitution. What is even funnier than the video is Fox News got mad, yep, mad because Jon Stewart pointed them out. Ha, ha, ha.

When Texas' AG Gregg Abbott was accused of suppressing minorities vote he responded "I am not trying to keep minorities from voting, I am trying to keep Democrats from voting."

Fewer blacks have drivers license's because they can't afford cars. No thanks to the racism that has been in this country since the beginning of time; which allows companies to discriminate when hiring.

Some states are allowing people, who do not drive, the right to go to a DMV and get a free ID. If those people have to pay for an ID to vote, that is a poll tax and an infringement upon the 24th Amendment.

Racism has risen it's "ugly head" again, after the first black president was elected. Seriously, you just have to deal with it, he will be there for three more years.

The 15th Amendment granted African American men the right to vote. The 19th Amendment granted the right to vote for all women. Even with those two amendments in the Constitution L.B. Johnson had to implement the VRA. And your Conservative Supreme Court struck that down saying racisim no longer existed. Yeah, right. Even the SCOTUS is discriminating. This is no longer America.

They do not even regulate water towers, Oklahoma had "blood worms" in their drinking water because of the lack of chlorine and Texas had something else in their drinking water. Why do you think the fertilizer plant exploded in West, TX. THE LACK OF REGULATIONS!

The Senate has passed budget bills and Congress has rejected them, they even passed one that was below what Paul Ryan requested and then vetoed that too. Then the GOPer's go to Fox News or wherever and say "the Senate has not passed a budget", and that is a flat-out lie. They have.

I didn't think TARP could be used to bail out an automaker when it was implemented to handle the mortgage crisis. Besides, in 2008 and part of 2009 I was going through my own personal hell and payed little attention to what was happening in Washington. So, thanks for enlightening me.

Although some thought it was unconstitutional and illegal to use TARP to help GM and Chrysler recover. However, everything worked out and the auto industry has recovered.

The Illegal, Unconstitutional Bush-Obama Auto Bailout
http://www.creators.com/opinion/terence-jeffrey/the-illegal-unconstitutional-bush-obama-auto-bailout.html

TARP "Troubled Asset Relief Program" is a program Bush implemented to purchase assets and equity from financial institutions to help during the mortgage crisis. He had to do something because the U.S. poverty levels widened under his watch. Bush implemented TARP on October 3, 2008, almost a year after the recession started in December 2007.

Bush's Congress gave in to the automakers' demands and voted for a $14 billion bailout. The next day, his Senate voted down the legislation. Bush gave GM and Chrysler 3 months to prove that they were viable companies. To help the automakers through that phase the administration extended them $17.4 billion from TARP, which was originally set up to help out during the mortgage crisis.

In March 2009, after the Bush lifeline ended, Obama picked up the tab and in the end almost $77 billion in TARP funds were diverted to GM and Chrysler.

The Auto Bailout and The Rule of Law
http://www.nationalaffairs.com/publications/detail/the-auto-bailout-and-the-rule-of-law

Nope, there were no jobs bills passed by the GOP, and Harry Reid would not have blocked them because he wants to get this country working again.

The $787 billion was taxes to improve the economy. Then the $383 billion added were items that could be seen as a stimulus or recovery measure. They were in the form of payroll tax cuts, the extention of unemployment benefits and first time home buyers tax credits.

So, in the end the stimulus would seem like it cost $1.7 trillion, whatever it cost it will be paid off when people start working again.

Your party wants to abolish the unemployment benefits and SNAP, all you think about is the people receiving those benefits and they were both implemented to go back into the economy to keep us from going back into a recession. When there is not enough money flowing the economy crashes and we will land into another recession.

Obama has not signed ONE GOP BILL of any kind. Legislation begins in the House. Bush signed many Dem Bills.

WHAT! That would be quite an accomplishment for President Obama to "piss" through $1 trillion on his $789 billion stimulus bill. That money went to bail out banks, bail out the auto industry and for creating jobs.

If the stimulus was such a failure why are the GOPers taking credit for it even though they voted against it?

Obama is not signing any GOP bills because he has not received any to sign. You are obviously getting your "Obama will not sign jobs bills" news from Fox News or some other conservative news media.

Now, why would Obama not sign any jobs bills and ruin his own presidency, he has Congress to do that for him.

Seriously, just think a minute, why would the GOP pass any bills? Because they want the President to fail, and they hate the President so much that they will throw Americans onto a train track with an oncoming train. At first they thought it would pave the way to the WH in 2012, and that failed, now they are planning on it paving the way to 2014. But, America knows how Congress is working or not working, so they know where the problem lies.

In spite of the GOP obstruction Obama has accomplished 39 bills on his agenda. The first bill that he signed was the "Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act", for women to earn the same as a man doing the same job. Romney said he would over turn it and the women of America voted for Obama.
