Hitler and his henchmen pulled a similar stunt in order to start a war with Poland in 1939. SS men dressed up as Polish border guards and radio personnel. There was a mock firefight and this was touted by Goebbels as a text for war ( remember the Lusitania was sunk on purpose; the Gulf of Tonkin "attack;" no "third wave" of Jap planes at Pearl Harbor). I find that intelligent people are wise to the game of thrones of those who wish to be dictators. The criminal politicians always have an excuse, even if they have to invent one, to go to war against an enemy. The war of the Left is against us, the working-middle-class American citizen who won't bow to the Karl Marx copycats.

The problem is lack of investment in people - and I am NOT talking about giving them money. Government subsistence is a bandaid, trying to cover a wound that never heals. I have tried my best to get lawmakers to step up and deal with the problem, but their answer is to kick people off the dole, thinking that would make them grow up. What really happens is.....................those people turn to crime....................and taxpayers end up taking care of them anyway.

People have to be TAUGHT how to care for themselves, they aren't born with that knowledge. My idea is to require people on the dole to report somewhere every day, M - F @ 8am, either to do public works and/or attend classes. Classes would include the three "R"'s, how to dress, how to fill out applications, budgeting and the myriad other things we ASSUME people know how to do in order to be successful.

I can tell you two things about GA, since I live here; the first is that there was absolutely fraud in the 2020 elections. The second one is that our shitweasel governor, after having denied any possibility of fraud for the past year plus, is calling for "investigations" because he is in a tight race for reelection. Yes, there was fraud and no, nothing will come of the investigation because it would implicate his sorry ass, either by being complicit or incompetent. Or both. How he can now self-righteously call for "investigations" after having shut them down a year ago when they might have done some good, is one for the books. He and his Sec/State, Brad Raffensberger, (known to us in the Peach State as "Ratburger") have repeatedly monkey-wrenched any possibility of an effective audit and investigation.
Couple of days ago I went to renew my concealed carry permit. When I got home from the Courthouse I found an email from "Team Kemp", which stated the "if reelected, Governor Kemp will make constitutional carry a priority." Since he used this same line three years ago when he was in a tight race for election and needed to pander to gun owners, and since he promptly forgot his promise as soon as he won, and has done nothing about this for three years, I find it a little difficult to believe that he will really do it "this time." Certainly not his only broken promise, but a very bad time to remind me of it after I just paid for a renewal AGAIN.
There is, right now, a growing support for the candidacy of Vernon Jones. Jones is a lifelong Democrat who switched to the Republican Party after being appalled at what he called blatant fraud in 2020. He was a conservative Democrat who is now a conservative Republican and is the only viable candidate who has never stopped demanding an audit and never backed off his claims of fraud, even though they benefitted was was then his party. In a way he's like our own Joe Manchin. He is certainly the least odious of the three choices of Korruptocrat Kemp, Fatso Abrams or Jones. Given the fact that he is pro-gun, pro-life, and opposes illegal immigration and amnesties, it's a God's wonder the Democrats gave him the time of day, much less elected him.

Do not call it an insurrection. If it was an insurrection, those involved would be charged with Treason, Sedition, or Committing an Insurrection against the United States of America. Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Entry, Engaging in Physical Violence, Impeding Passage Through or Within the Grounds of the Capitol Buildings, Destruction of Government Property seem to be the principal charges filed against those arrested. These same charges could have been filed against those involved in many of the anti Police Riots of the past 2 years.

Now lets us, shall we, look at the historic record of the charges brought against Aaron Burr and Jefferson Davis. Aaron Burr stood trial for Treason in 1807. He was acquitted. Jefferson Davis who lead the Confederacy was arrested more on suspicion of being connected with President Lincoln's murder than for Treason. He was cleared of any connection to John Wilkes Boothe's murder of President Lincoln. Before he could go to trial for Treason he was part of a blanket pardon for former Confederates in 1868 by President Andrew Johnson.

In 1862 Southerner, William Mumford was hanged by Union General Butler in New Orleans on a charge of Treason for tearing down an American Flag. In 1859 Abolitionist John Brown was hanged on charges of Murder, Insurrection, and Treason for his attack on the Federal Arsenal at Harper's Ferry.

The words Insurrection and Treason have actual meaning. If you are going to use them, you'd better know what you are talking about.
