As far as generating babies for an industry, one would have to be making a profit and getting ahead in some way. I agree that is lacking a great deal of compassion, thank you for that and I also agree with most of your post but I'd like to mention what many people don't seem to assume, is that some of these recipients, yes, many are women with children, are working two jobs, they are home very little and are raising catch lee kids, (which also isn't a great circumstance), and are not at home sitting on their duff. But threatening jail time is quite the extreme, is a woman now also criminal is she keeps the child? She's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't. It appears to still be a man's world.
