You and I have discussed this before, haven't we? Well, I think your right, she should and if there was an error made face up to it and resolve it, if it was untrue and if she received the assistance she should pay it back. If she's correct, it'll shut this trivia up once and for all, I would hope. Don't we have more important things to discuss as a country?

“Fake Indian” Elizabeth Warren’s “Real Indian” Opponent Is Being Fined For “Offensive” Campaign Signs

Before I get started, let me make it clear that I think Shiva Ayyadurai is running a misguided campaign, and that I think his bus is a terrible idea to begin with.

Why?

Well, because there are better ways to get this message across without looking like a petty lunatic. This will ONLY get this man votes from those who already SERIOUSLY hate Warren.

This isn’t informative or inspiring… it just looks unprofessional and overboard.

And while I DO hate Elizabeth Warren, and think her “I’m native American because I feel like I am.” shtick is gross, I personally like to vote for candidates that are fueled by more than hate. I want to vote for a candidate that makes his love for America and passion for helping the American people known…

How much of the rest of this post is made up of talking points from the left? All of it would be my guess.

They are constantly readjusting especially before the midterms. So presently they're giving American's a tax break after it reaches 7.5% of their AGI, next year it goes up to 10% and one has to itemize and qualify...my favorite word in the insurance field.

What's the matter arch looks like I hit a nerve and got your panties in a bunch...? You like this plan huh?

Read the following and please tell me how you derive a "treason perspective"

Definition of treason
1: the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family
2: the betrayal of a trust : treachery

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
US Code

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

The Constitution narrowly defines treason and establishes a high bar for conviction. “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort,” Article Three states. “No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”

In Cramer v. United States, 325 U.S. 1 (1945), the Supreme Court ruled that "[e]very act, movement, deed, and word of the defendant charged to constitute treason must be supported by the testimony of two witnesses." In Haupt v. United States, 330 U.S. 631 (1947), however, the Supreme Court found that two witnesses are not required to prove intent, nor are two witnesses required to prove that an overt act is treasonable. The two witnesses, according to the decision, are required to prove only that the overt act occurred (eyewitnesses and federal agents investigating the crime, for example).

This is where collusion ends up, with conspiracy and treason, as defined:

~ in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort... aiding in sabotaging the voting process of the US.

Citing Forbes “The Billionaires 2018,” The Guardian noted that Trump “slipped from 544th richest last year to 766 this year. It is the second year running that Trump’s fortune has dwindled.”

The Guardian went on to explain the lowered ranking, as follows:

The drop in Trump’s estimated fortune comes on top of Forbes wiping $1bn off his net worth in its 2017 rankings. The magazine attributed the decline in Trump’s wealth to “a tough New York real estate market, particularly for retail locations; a costly lawsuit and an expensive presidential campaign”. Trump reached a $25m settlement in a legal dispute about claims that his Trump University real estate courses allegedly defrauded students.

Loses at his golf courses, including Turnberry in Ayrshire, have increased forcing the President to inject cash to keep them afloat. Losses at Trump Turnberry, his biggest investment outside of the US, more than doubled to £17.6m in 2016. Trump Turnberry owes Trump £112m, nearly double the £63m it owed him the previous year.

Trump’s golf resorts and real estate empires have taken several major hits since he announced his candidacy for president in 2015.

We will detail three such instances, below:

Strike One: Trump Loses The British Open

The Independent reported in December 2015 that Martin Slumbers, the new chief executive of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, had been expected to endorse Trump’s course to host the 2020 Open Tournament, but decided not to after Trump’s slew of racist remarks about the Chinese, Mexicans, Muslims, and women dominated the news that year. As The Independent reported, increasing concerns regarding the risk of boycotts by tournament sponsors and players proved to be too much for the prestigious governing body.

You really think it was ONLY the Democrats who were exempt, come on now, wake up and smell the coffee. This is the problem, your one sided perspective, just as Democrats are the drinkers...P-L-E-A-S-E

Democrats are the ones who need to tax everything they can so that they have plenty of money to buy power. Look how they tax cigarettes. They say they do that to discourage smoking and to fund health care. Bull Obama. Cigarette smokers are the lowest form of victim. They are over taxed because they cannot and will not fight back. Politicians screw certain groups over because they can. The weak get taxed, regulated, screwed, and tattooed. Beer and alcohol drinkers get messed with to a lesser degree because they fight back.

George Washington won the Whiskey Rebellion when he taxed distillers, but some of his tax collectors were tarred and feathered. The last time the government messed with drinkers during prohibition, that did not go well. However, if somebody were to try to raise taxes on and mess with beer and alcohol drinkers you can bet it would be Democrats.

You are joking right Tell me who has just benefited with the new Republican tax plan on the backs of the sick by terminating the ACA? It's the elite, now collecting more on their dividens. Yes, wall street is thrilled they are getting their agreed payback.

This new tax plan is particularly costly for Americans facing large medical bills. Nearly nine million taxpayers collectively deducted about $84 billion in medical expenses from their taxes in 2015. The House bill would eliminate that deduction.

This plan will also eliminate many common and valuable tax deductions that, in some cases, would eliminate thousands of dollars in tax benefits. This would be particularly acute for taxpayers who deducted state and local income and property tax payments, interest on student loans, or the cost of health insurance for self-employed workers.

All set by the Republicans. Along with this tax which affects our budget, Trump has not decreased our deficit, he's increasing it, not very financially responsible.

What is the new GOP... they are the party of corporate fascist capitalism, working for the Koch brothers and all who work for them.

Therefore Global Warming is self correcting. I think it should be a government mandate that we all grow gardens. I think those of us who already garden should be paid by the government for the carbon our plants take out of the atmosphere. I want my carbon credits.

In the long run the earth very well might self-adjust but we'll all be dead beforehand from that transition, that is if the planet doesn't burn away.

People are planting gardens on rooftops in the cities, good for them. I remember as a child thinking it would be cool if we grew ivy over all the buildings, ha maybe it wasn't such a bad idea after all. LOL
