“Fake Indian” Elizabeth Warren’s “Real Indian” Opponent Is Being Fined For “Offensive” Campaign Signs

Before I get started, let me make it clear that I think Shiva Ayyadurai is running a misguided campaign, and that I think his bus is a terrible idea to begin with.

Why?

Well, because there are better ways to get this message across without looking like a petty lunatic. This will ONLY get this man votes from those who already SERIOUSLY hate Warren.

This isn’t informative or inspiring… it just looks unprofessional and overboard.

And while I DO hate Elizabeth Warren, and think her “I’m native American because I feel like I am.” shtick is gross, I personally like to vote for candidates that are fueled by more than hate. I want to vote for a candidate that makes his love for America and passion for helping the American people known…

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

The Constitution narrowly defines treason and establishes a high bar for conviction. “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort,” Article Three states. “No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

In Cramer v. United States, 325 U.S. 1 (1945), the Supreme Court ruled that "[e]very act, movement, deed, and word of the defendant charged to constitute treason must be supported by the testimony of two witnesses." In Haupt v. United States, 330 U.S. 631 (1947), however, the Supreme Court found that two witnesses are not required to prove intent, nor are two witnesses required to prove that an overt act is treasonable. The two witnesses, according to the decision, are required to prove only that the overt act occurred (eyewitnesses and federal agents investigating the crime, for example).

Citing Forbes “The Billionaires 2018,” The Guardian noted that Trump “slipped from 544th richest last year to 766 this year. It is the second year running that Trump’s fortune has dwindled.”

Loses at his golf courses, including Turnberry in Ayrshire, have increased forcing the President to inject cash to keep them afloat. Losses at Trump Turnberry, his biggest investment outside of the US, more than doubled to £17.6m in 2016. Trump Turnberry owes Trump £112m, nearly double the £63m it owed him the previous year.

Trump’s golf resorts and real estate empires have taken several major hits since he announced his candidacy for president in 2015.

Strike One: Trump Loses The British Open

The Independent reported in December 2015 that Martin Slumbers, the new chief executive of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, had been expected to endorse Trump’s course to host the 2020 Open Tournament, but decided not to after Trump’s slew of racist remarks about the Chinese, Mexicans, Muslims, and women dominated the news that year. As The Independent reported, increasing concerns regarding the risk of boycotts by tournament sponsors and players proved to be too much for the prestigious governing body.

Democrats are the ones who need to tax everything they can so that they have plenty of money to buy power. Look how they tax cigarettes. They say they do that to discourage smoking and to fund health care. Bull Obama. Cigarette smokers are the lowest form of victim. They are over taxed because they cannot and will not fight back. Politicians screw certain groups over because they can. The weak get taxed, regulated, screwed, and tattooed. Beer and alcohol drinkers get messed with to a lesser degree because they fight back.

George Washington won the Whiskey Rebellion when he taxed distillers, but some of his tax collectors were tarred and feathered. The last time the government messed with drinkers during prohibition, that did not go well. However, if somebody were to try to raise taxes on and mess with beer and alcohol drinkers you can bet it would be Democrats.
