I was pulling up to the supermarket and there were lots of empty spaces all around. I was a few inches over a yellow dividing line and I heard someone curseing my parking. He was headed to the store by then and he turned around and tipped his had and curtseed with a smart aleckey grin at me. I was not going to let him get away with this. So I got my cart and followed him around the store. I got no closer than 15 feet from him but made sure he knew I was there. In a short time he was trying his best not to look at me. I had him S--ting his pants. That was good enough for me and I went about my buisness. Even a Silver haired ol man can get sweet revenge.

I sure hope that you intended this as a joke for the readers here to enjoy, otherwise you did do a very mean thing. I often think about what motivates people. Let us look at this, you parked over the line and someone said something stupid. Your choice, correct your parking effort, ignore the remarks, or become highly offended and do something rash. You selected to become angry. He "turned around and tipped his (I am assuming) hat. Where I come from, tipping one's hat is friendly. Then you followed this person around "and made sure he knew." That is aggressive behavior. So, you intimidated another person and you feel good about it. I fail to see what you accomplished. Revenge? For what, you reparking your truck? You were over the yellow line.

These are the steps I have taken to reduce my exposure to this completely manipulated , phony system.
I cut up my credit cards, paid all my debt including mortgage, I closed my bank accts other than the one I use to cash checks and don't keep anything in it. I even use Post Office money orders to pay most of my bills. I moved the few stocks that I own into a direct ownership depository in Canada. Have all inheritance in a family trust, I moved my liquid assets into the most secure, free trade, trusted names in the business vault that hold the most valuable art work in the world and protected by the largest private army in the world and is not tied to any governments ability to raid it.

By the way, Old School, I agree with you and have had the same thought. It will ultimately be the Russians who beat back an Islamic takeover of Europe and they'll have help from the Chinese.

The Chinese know that an Islamic Europe won't be the great customer that Europe is now, and will do what they can to deprive OPEC of income by making more attractive energy deals with Europe, same as the Russians will do. They won't go to war like the Russians will on the Muslims, but the Russians should be enough to handle that part.

My thoughts, anyway. We live in interesting times.
