Amen! be afraid of blacks, gays, Moslems, be afraid. This congress is the real "welfare bum"-voting to repeal Obamacare 38 times instead of doing any real work of governing, but still collect a salary. Repeal Obamacare and replace it with NOTHING, but Congress keeps its healthcare. TS for someone without insurance, they just can die. (Im an RN and I can tell you can't get chemotherapy in an ER- if anyone wants to tell me that the uninsured can just go to the ER)Repeal the EPA replace it with Nothing. Do nothing, block everything, but collect a salary.

Clinton won in 1992 and 1996 by dividing and conquering. In cahoots with Ross Perot he created a party that would take huge numbers of votes away from the repubs.

A third party, preferably with a negro candidate, promising everything the libs, the unions, the negros, the welfare bums, the illegals want could take large numbers of voters away from Hillary. They would not go to the repubs, but they woild cut the dems to a minority.

Anyone who can't see that Clinton and Perot were in cahoots must have been afflicted with a huge dose of naivette.

It worked for Clinton who won iin 92 with 43% of the popular vote. If properly done it would work for the repubs.

How about the repugs appealling to average americans? the country is getting more diverse, but repugs are counting on old white men, of which there just isn't enough to get them elected. Episodes of "voter fraud" are in the single digits. "Voter Fraud" is a smokescreen to cover for voter supresssion of likely democratic voters. The repugs are arranging deck chairs on the Titanic-the demographic changes will spell their doom unless they change their platform to be more inclusive.

You would not have even posted this if the perps were white. (sorry, that is racist) Obama gave a great speech after Travon Martin decision in which he said blacks were overrepresented in criminal acts.

Real estate is always local. On the whole, the economy is improving, but slowly.

We need a jobs program, we need to invest in our crumbling infrastucture now while borrowing money has never been cheaper. That would invest in our future, get people working and paying taxes. Unfortunately, the republican congress in uninterested in helping Obama, or the country at large, with ANYTHING. People suffer with job loss, and the Republicans want to cut SNAP, unemployment benefits, everything that would help the average american

We may well be seeing the end of America
The biggest issue is that instead of voters picking their representatives, representatives pick their voters by gerrymandering the districts to keep themselves in power. They only answer to the big donors and corporation that give them money to run for office. If we want a more representative government we need to do what Iowa and California have done, to outlaw gerrymandering by having all districts have straight line outlines (CA) or having districts drawn by an independant board (IA). Then we need to overthrow the citizens united decision to take big money out of politics.

Historically, the economy does better overal under Democrats-all segments of society increase income, including the rich. Under Republicans, the 1% do slightly better than they do under Democrats, but everyone else does worse. We do better when middle class and poor people can buy the things rich people make. If they had been white boys, would you have said "more of Romney's boys murder a white man"? If not, you would have to say you treated one race differently than another, ie racist. It is a sign we still have a very long way to go that in 2013 someone making that "Obama boys" statement does not think it is racist. Or people like Paula Deen, uses the N word, and says she is not a racist. I think the best definition of racist is having a quick sympathy or skeptisim of another, based on their race.
