It should start to really bother moderate Americans that the TPer wing of the Repuglicanus'es party are constantly trying to violate other people's rights ,they say, to protect their so-called false sense of superiority. They, however, are nothing more than pawns or serfs for the real instigators, the libertarian Birchers. The very same people and their policies which the " Great Generation" soundly put in the waste basket 30- 40 years ago. They have managed to buy their way into all stages of government including federal, state, and local institutions. Their goal is to bankrupt the governments so they can replace it with their style of dominance related to corporate Fascism. Their representatives in congress no longer represent the
People in their districts but wait to march in step with their Bircher donors.
They are spending tax payer money like water to promote their distraction/blame-game policy of destroying the United States of America. Why? It's still unknown, but eliminating the middle class and maintaining the elitist hierarchy is certainly a main feature. Or, it may be simply that they want to own it all. It may also all be a promotion of the libertarian/corporate concept that money $$$ is the only religion. In other words,profits and CEO salaries and benes. The Repuglicanus'es party is currently attacking government institutions relentlessly with no justification. Their attacks are purely political and their media machine is overwhelming in their pursuit of false journalism. Lies are commonplace. Pre-judgement feeding speculation is rampant. Do you think it's resembling the BRITISH PRESS ala Murdoch? Or is it just dyed blonde nonsense.
The key example now is what is going on with Assa's committee and the IRS. Why should anybody care if Karl Rove keeps his donors secret (Kochs) when he parades all over claiming his Crossroads thing and he are the King Makers with Koch money. Same goes for the AFP. Perhaps if they don't want to get caught violating the law, they should keep their mouths shut. So, instead they recognize it as a great opportunity to distract the American people from their horrible governance record. Like shutting down the government and threatening default. Thanks Cruz! Then also,they can continue to throw every blockade possible to,prevent economic recovery which solves many deficit problems.
The attack on Lerner is and has to be a major concern relative to our rights. She is evidently the whistleblower on the IRS attempt to get to the donor/tax issue for These political groups. Both Repuglicanus'es and Ds. BOTH. Now, they are going to attempt to arrest her and basically put her on trial. If she doesn't implicate Pres Obama, she will be jailed on trumped charges, guaranteed. the use of the trumped is on purpose. At last word, the IRS is attempting to provide the so-called lost Emails thru a patchwork of sources. Something like 24000 additional Emails have been provided AT GREAT COST! All this, to an agency that makes money that has been crippled by budget cuts and now all this superfluous extra work. This so the Kochs can avoid, along with Addylson, tax auditing. Think maybe they are hiding something like overseas stashing? These guys use hundreds of tax people to produce their returns,so, it will take a big computer to resolve it. Same goes for Romney's tax returns. Does anybody know if he has even filed any over the last 5 years? He hadn't completed any that he promised to release,remember. And he is presidential material? Where do creeps like him come from?

While Republicans are suing President Obama for a alleged abuse of power, they are trying to arrest and imprison Lois Lerner.
Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) has introduced a resolution that is calling for the House of Representatives to have Lois
Lerner arrested.
The resolution states, Resolved, That the Speaker issue his warrant, directed to the Sergeant-at-Arms, or his deputy, commanding him to arrest and take into custody forthwith, wherever to be found, the body of Lois G. Lerner, and bring her to the bar of the House without delay to answer to the charge of contempt of its authority, breach of its privileges, and gross and wanton insult to the integrity of its proceedings, and in the meantime keep the body of Lerner in his custody in the common jail of the District of Columbia, subject to the further order of the House. While in custody, Lerner shall enjoy no special privileges beyond those extended to her fellow inmates, shall not access any computer or telephone, and shall not be visited by anyone other than her counsel, clergy, physician, or family.
Rep. Stockman defended his scheme, Asking the Justice Department to prosecute Lois Lerner for admittedly illegal activity is a joke. The Obama administration will not prosecute the Obama administration. How much longer will the House allow itself to be mocked? It is up to this House to uphold the rule of law and hold accountable those who illegally targeted American citizens for simply having different ideas than the President.
The IRS didnt just target Republicans, and Lois Lerner wasnt some puppet of the Obama administration. Reality has never been a Republican strong suit, but calling for the arrest and detention of a private citizen is flat out scary. The irony here is that Republicans are suing for abusing his power while they are trying to arrest and detain American citizens.
Somebody is definitely abusing their power, but it isnt President Obama. The Republican majority in the House has regularly abused its investigative and budgetary powers. Now, they are trying to take it to a whole new level by jailing private citizens. The Republican controlled House isnt just bad for the country. It has become dangerous to liberty.
