What kind of bread?
And, is the beef locally grown, grass fed, and dry aged, or Brazilian grown, cut up and frozen before the heart stops beating?

Wasp protection
If you find a dryer sheet in your mailbox, it means that your mail carrier likely left it there intentionally to protect people who use the mailbox.
Postal workers use dryer sheets to prevent getting stung by wasps while delivering mail. Wasps often build nests in mailboxes, and opening the box can disturb them, resulting in painful stings.
The scent of the fabric softener sheet is enough to repel these insects and keep them from making their homes in your mailbox.

Works for all kinds of insects. Ants are the worst. Spiders can get bad too.

I agree with you 100% . Alcohol which is legal kills people . Weed just causes people to lay back and listen to music while eating ketchup sandwiches

Not a bad thing, I think.
I think it probably does have a lot of medicinal uses. Whether it's for pain, nausea, sleeping problems, or to keep you from going postal on your family.
Lol! One day last week, everybody had a full coverage thing in their mail. (every house gets one) from a place called Hellomood. They're selling (or claiming to) legal pot products on line.
Give it the same type of regulation as alcohol, and let it go.
I've no problem with it. I'd rather be around someone who took a couple of hits of pot than some slobbering fool who swallowed a couple of pills.
Opioid, and amphetamine stuff needs to be highly regulated, and criminalized in my opinion.
Using some weed is no worse than using alcohol.

Right or wrong, make a decision.

Not a puppy, a dog. She did the right and responsible thing - it was biting people and going after livestock

This is a non issue

Plain, and simple. You're good at that, Rose!

You’re right it was not a puppy. No one takes pleasure in putting down a dog but on a farm it sometimes has to be done.

We have a horse who is old now. He's 26, and healthy. He hasn't been able to be ridden in years due to the injuries he sustained from being run through the fence, and cut to pieces by rogue dogs whose owners let them run loose. The vet bill was north of 1200.00.
After that, I shot every dog that I saw within the surveyed boundary of my property. It was legal then. Now, I have to have video, or photographic evidence before I can shoot one legally.
I think a lot of people are being overly emotional about this. If they are so upset about it, they should adopt dogs from the overflowing shelters where dogs are being put down every day for lack of a home.

Obviously, you have never had an aggressive animal come at you. Had I had my weapon immediately at hand, our former neighbor’s Akita puppy would have been dead after going straight at ProgenyE and then me. He almost got ProgenyE in the face.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know. It isn't funny at all. But, you should put on the blue suit, and go deliver some mail sometime. It's a heart stopping moment that leaves you with the shakes from the adrenaline crash. Been there. Done that.

Maybe no one would want him because he bit kids, and had a taste for chickens.

Like I said my 2 digs died of old age and it was REALLY hard on me..

We all understand, and most have been through it. I know I have. I had a Kelpi who was my sidekick for 15 years. Went everywhere with me. Even to work. His back, and hips got so bad from all those years of acrobatic ball/Frisbee playing that sometimes he would snap if you touched him wrong.
It got to the point that I didn't feel like I could trust him if one of the grand babies touched him wrong. I made the call, and took him to the vet, and held his head as he passed. It was a soul crushing experience, and I have tears flowing as I type this.

Ole Gus was one in a million, and I miss him every day.

Sorry, I am a dig lover!! I had 2 dogs who died of old age and I cried for days.. I have another dog, and he's getting in his age where I dread every day that when I wake up and he died in his sleep..

I'm a dog lover too, PR. Look at my avatar.
But, there are some that just never learn, and are not worth keeping for me, or anyone else.
If a dog bites a kid, it dies. Once they start killing chickens, and chasing live stock, they won't stop no matter what you do. The expedient thing to do is pork chop em.
It is what it is.

I don't get the outrage here. I guess you would absolutely hate my guts if you knew how many dogs I've killed over the years for killing chickens, killing pigs, chasing horses, or biting kids.
I never shot a goat, although I wanted to with a couple we had at one time.

Shortly after we married, Mrs. B. shot my rooster for being overly aggressive, and chasing my (then) 3 year old step daughter into the house.
Is she a monster too?
