if Donald Trump manages to worm his unpleasant way back into office, he has no plans to leave — ever. Trump will remain in power until the day he dies, and then his hand-picked successor will replace him.

this isn’t some paranoid left-wing fantasy.

right now, Republicans are working to make this happen — and they’re not even bothering to keep it a secret. they’re bragging about it. they’ve published their plan. it has a name: the 2025 Project.

their scheme is to purge the entire government rank and file and replace them with Trump loyalists. that’s right, everybody — from the highest levels of the federal government all the way down to your local dogcatcher. and they’re not waiting until 2025 — they’ve already started recruiting foot-soldiers.

once everything is in place, we’ll stop having stupid little things like elections, or freedom, or democracy.

read the whole thing. it will scare the living fuck out of you.

are you hearing anything about the 2025 Project from our corporate-controlled media? no, you are not.

Upgrade to paid

Ron Filipkowski has compiled a list of “27 insane things Trump said he will do in a second term.”

“insane” is an understatement. “totally batshit fucking nuts” is more like it. here’s a sampling:

10. Require that schools hold elections each year where principals will be elected by parents who will choose whoever they want to run the school each year. 6/30/23

11. Any person convicted of selling drugs will get the death penalty. 11/15/22

12. Pardon convicted J6 inmates convicted of seditious conspiracy and assaulting police officers, with an apology from the US government. 9/1/22

13. Have DOJ investigate Comcast, NBC and MSNBC for treason and remove them from the public airwaves. 9/24/23

the whole thing is a laundry list of half-baked ideas, blatant violations of our constitution, flagrant abuses of power, and authoritarian score-settling.

are you hearing about any of this from our corporate-controlled media? no, you are not.

Trump’s brain is rotting. he’s completely losing his grip on reality. at his hate-fests, he can barely construct a sentence. he loses his train of thought. he meanders. he stumbles over common words. and he confuses facts and events.

here’s Trump yesterday, giving a speech in South Carolina.

“we came down here. you know, the beauty was when I came here. everyone thought Bush was going to win. and then they took a poll and found out Trump was up by about 50 points. everyone said, ‘what's going on right here?’ they thought Bush, because Bush supposedly was a military person. great. you know what he was? he got us into the... he got us into the Middle East. how did that work out, right? but they all thought that Bush might win. Jeb, remember Jeb?”

yes, indeed. remember that great military leader Jeb Bush, who led us to war in the Middle East? apparently, Trump does.

Trump can’t get through a sentence without fucking up.

last week, Trump made the bizarre claim that voter ID was required to buy a loaf of bread.

in another recent speech, Trump claimed that his 2016 opponent was Barack Obama, and then warned that Biden was leading us into “world war two.”

are you hearing about any of this from our corporate-controlled media?

say it with me: no, you are not.

I hate to sound like a broken record (what’s a “record,” grandpa?), but where the fuck is the media?

holy shit, ladies and gentlemen of the press, you should be running around with your hair on fire. Donald Trump is promising to shut you down and throw you in prison, and the Republican Party is working overtime to remove any constitutional barriers that would prevent him from doing so.

we’re six years into this bullshit, and you’re still treating Donald Trump like a conventional politician, and Republicans as if they were good-faith partners in democracy.

Exactly!!!!!!

In the first place, project 2025 is not a Trump plan. It was devised and put out by the Heritage Foundation. In the second, you are grossly misrepresenting it. Have you read it?

It talks about political appointees, not government employees or elected officials. When a new administration comes in, all political appointees submit resignations. The new president chooses which resignations he will accept (they are out), and which he will deny (they stay). Most administrations make a pretty clean sweep, especially of the highest stations. In 2017 Trump chose to keep the vast majority of Obama's appointees. Many conservatives at the time believed that was a mistake, and many more have come to that opinion since. But what the 2025 project would do would be to RECOMMEND the next conservative administration do what the Democrats do and make a clean sweep of the political appointees. Unless your local dog catcher was appointed by the US President or his administration, he won't lose his job.

Here is the actual project 2025.
https://www.heritage.org/conservatism/commentary/project-2025

And by the way, if you are buying a loaf of bread with SNAP (food stamps), you will have had to supply two forms of photo IDs, a birth certificate, proof of address, lease or mortgage, utility bills, and bank statements.

What someone says they would like our government to do while on the campaign trail is not what they will do. For example, if they say a law needs to change, be made, or be repealed; they can't do it even if they are elected. That is under the jurisdiction of the legislature. So take a deep breath and calm down. There is no cause for panic. Even if you fear the project 2025 suggestions will be followed by a Republican administration, it basically says Republicans should do what Democrats have been doing. So if you think it is wrong for Republicans why is it not wrong for Democrats?

Whatever you said about them GOING to PRISON for the CONSTITUTION, it DOESN'T say do it VIOLENTLY!! That's why they went to Prison!!!

It's NOT about prostesting or demanding the reps to abide. It's about the VIOLENCE!!! That's the CRIME!!! NOTHING ELSE!!!

Otherwise, there would be thousands more in jail.

Yes those that engaged in violence committed a crime. But it wasn't insurrection nor were they doing it for Trump. Most who were arrested and kept locked up for so long were only charged with trespassing. Yet except for those who entered private offices, none were were trespassing. But most arrested had never entered any private areas nor entered the senate floor which is off limits while Congress is in session. Otherwise every American has a constitutional right to the People's House, and the right to observe our government in action. Yet the permit bearing constitutionalists were locked out of the gallery before any violence broke out. The gallery is supposed to be open for the people any time Congress is in session.

Make sure you watch ALL CHANNELS, AT LEAST 3 OR 4. Just to compare what they are saying. So you can make good informed judgements.

I watch FOX, CNN, NEWSMAX, MSNBC, and other networks. I want to see where they are consistent and inconsistent.

I don't watch news channels. I go to the source. In this case it would be court transcripts. Anyone who relies on the news to stay informed is dillusional. Being consistent is meaningless when the majority parrot the accepted narrative. Neither left wing nor right wing news is trustworthy.

So, yea, that's the BIG DIFFERENCE!!!
AND yes, The prosecution MUST prove their case to win the indictments.

But I don't think they have to worry about providing much evidence, and there are PLENTY!!! BECAUSE TRUMP always admits to his CRIMES!!!
So, I don't think that it will be too far of a cry!!!

Trump will prosecute himself without much help from the prosecutors. His MOUTH is the EVIDENCE!!! ALWAYS!!! + 91 CHARGERS!!! EVEN 2 guilty of 91 charges!!! Like Bill Barr said, He's toast!!!

So I think his fans and LOVERS will be CRYING the most. Boohoooo...Hehehe....

The Supreme Court ruled that any documents taken out of the White House by a former president at the time he leaves office is his personal property, no matter what classification they were previously. That the president is the highest authority in determining classification. This case was regarding Bill Clinton's taking such documents and storing them in his sock drawer.

Telling people that the Democrats know how to fight for their [issues] and are beating us unless we learn how to fight too, then exhorted Republicans to fight, is nit inciting an insurrection. Telling people to peacefully walk down Pennsylvania Ave and let their voices be heard, is not inciting an insurrection. Not to mention a demonstration during which violence breaks out in a public building of the people, is a riot not an insurrection.

The IRS has repeatedly audited Trump and found no issue with his tax paying history. He pays an alternative minimum tax (AMT). Here is a fortune article speaking of Trump's taxes.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/fortune.com/2017/03/15/donald-trump-2005-tax-returns/amp/

So you believe that he went to the Bergdorf Department store and no employees noticed a well known celebrity to ask if he needed assistance, as is common for any shopper let alone a celebrity. Then he approached an acquaintance who he had barely ever spoken to before and asked her to help him buy lingerie for his wife. Then they went to the changing rooms and unlike every other time no one was manning the counter or rooms, the entrance to the rooms had been left open, and the changing rooms were left unlocked unlike every other day in the year. Then while in the changing room he grabbed her by the throat and threw her hard enough into the wall that she had to struggle to stay conscious while no one outside of the room or in an adjacent room heard a thing. Then they exited the room, continued shopping and eventually left the store without anyone the wiser, and again no one approached Trump to assist him or ask for his autograph.

Prove those who claim their was massive election fraud are lying. All the evidence says otherwise, but again judges refuse to look at the evidence saying it has no standing. The AZ audit was the most comprehensive in history. It was bipartisan with both a Democrat and Republican having to sign off on every step. It determined over 300,000 unauthorized ballots in Maricopa County alone, including many so called returned mail in ballots which were never folded. The official count for the entire state was a Biden win of 10,000 votes. There were so many irregularities it makes your head spin.

But no matter what you think about whether there was or wasn't fraud, challenging the election is not a crime. In fact more than 100 House members and over a dozen members of the Senate made formal challenge to the electoral votes on January 6th.

No it isn't the law that anyone proven to commit a felony goes to prison. First you have to have a prosecutor to prosecute the case. Otherwise they never see a courtroom let alone prison. Comey gave a laundry list of serious crimes Hillary committed. He ended with no prosecutor would go after her. She also admitted to destroying subpoenaed evidence, but the FBI had given her and her team a free pass.

Biden even bragged on camera of stopping the money our legislation approved for Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor investigating the company his son was involved with. But no one wanted to prosecute him.

But, maybe not! ✌️

The J6 people went to prison for the Constitution of the United States. For assertively, and in some cases aggressively demanding our representatives abide by their oath of office to abide by the constitution. Trump was only a peripheral part.

Have you never heard the saying that you can indict a ham sandwich? Only the prosecution has a say in a grand jury. Being indicated means the grand jury thinks it should go to trial. It is a far cry from proving the defendant is guilty.

So what crime or crimes? Contesting an election is the right of all Americans. The law, and our rights, apply to all.

Whether or not the fake electors are constitutional will play out in the coming court cases.

What plays out in court depends on exactly what the charges say and what evidence the judge allows. In many of the court cases so far judges have not held evidentiary hearings for Trump's cases so no evidence could be presented by his legal team. But if the prosecution opens the door in their charges, then Trump's team can present evidence.

But criminal trials do not interpret the constitution. They deal with whether a person is guilty of the crime charged. The judge in a criminal trial has no power to change our constitution. Even the Supreme Court cannot change our constitution. They can only determine whether something is or is not constitutional. Criminal trials are not heard in the Supreme Court.

Paying for a room at the same rate as everyone else, is not an emolument. If the foreign dignitaries were paying hundreds of times the room rent, it would be a problem. There was no gift. They stayed at a hotel or resort and payed the normal amount. If they stayed at someone else's hotel or resort they would pay for it just the same.

Just as while Obama was president he got money from foreign dignitaries buying a book he wrote, is not an emolument.

Donny needs you on his legal team but you will have to work for free, pay for all of the court costs you incurre on his behalf and personally lawyer up for that privilege.

Truth, the fake electors were dirty trickster Roger Stone’s invention.

Show me what top constitutional lawyer says certification of electors by the state executive branch overthrows certification by the state legislative branch. Not only are the slate of electors certified by the legislative branch not "fake" electors, those illegally certified by the executive branch are not fake electors either so long as the slates of electors were chosen by their party in the way the designated in their state. Usually at the party convention or caucus. Each party chooses a slate of electors. The one selected in the manner chosen by the state legislatures under their authority, are the ones authorized to vote in December. This is clearly spelled out in our federal constitution, and in state constitutions as well.

Usually, but not always, the slate chosen is of the party the candidate winning the popular vote belongs to. When the outcome of the popular vote is not clear, the state legislature either calls for another election in their state, or makes a decision on which slate to choose. In my state of Arizona it was the latter our legislature chose. The Secretary of State, nor anyone appointed by the SoS, had no authority to certify electors. Neither does the governor or any other executive branch official whether elected or appointed. Nor does the SoS have the authority to write and enact laws which don't go through the legislature to be voted on
, including election laws.

Our then SoS, Katie Hobbs, wrote election laws a few months before the election making it mandatory to use Dominion voting machines, or machines with the same parameters and internet access, to count all but 2% of the ballots. This despite that many rural counties, including Cochise County where I am was a registered voter, have few or no such machines [NO DOMINION MACHINES] and heavily rely on hand counting as the citizens of the county voted on several elections ago. The SoS stated that the machines were more accurate than hand counting since they are certified by a test of a sample of ballots run through the machines then checked by hand counting to verify accuracy. If the machine count matches the hand count, it is certified accurate. The hand count is the standard the machines must meet

My county usually hand counts 75% of the ballots. In 2022 there was such a high turnout that there were not enough tabulators to count the usual 25%. Nor does my county have ANY Dominion machines. So the supervisors voted to count 90% by hand. Then 3 people not registered to vote in our county, in fact 2 were not registered to vote anywhere and the third was registered in a different state, made a complaint to a judge in Pima county about our county hand counting more than 2% of the ballots. The judge, from Pima county, placed an injunction to stop our county from counting ballots. This judge had no jurisdiction to do so, so our supervisors didn't comply. Within a quarter of an hour, our SoS, Katie Hobbs, who was running for governor, threatened to have the supervisors jailed if they counted one more ballot. She demanded the count be certified as is, disenfranchising hundreds of thousands of voters. One hour had gone by since the polls closed when the injunction came down and only 75,000 ballots had been counted. I was a volunteer poll worker so know this first hand. The supervisors made an emergency appeal to lift the injunction and let the voter's ballots be counted, whether by hand or machine. The court refused to see the case as an emergency and put the appeal on the docket to be seen the earliest in a few weeks, but possibly a few months. Our supervisors held out until arrest warrants were issued under the order of Hobbs. They certified the vote. My vote was one of the ones never counted.

Maricopa County had even a greater number of irregularities.

Trump is saying he won the election. As for the general election, there has been a great deal of evidence of massive fraud in multiple states. But even if fraud is proven and the courts agree, that doesn't prove he won the election. Instead it means we don't know who won. And as for the electors votes, Pence CHOSE to read the votes of the electors in several states who were NOT legally certified instead of the ones certified by the state legislatures. He did this while making a big todo over how he had no authority to choose who won the election. Yet he CHOSE which votes to read despite that there were well over a hundred challenges by members of congress both in the House and Senate.

So constitutionalists like myself communicated to our representatives that we expected them to abide by our constitution during the joint session on January 6th. The violence, such as breaking windows, gave them the excuse to ignore our constitution and read the unconstitutional votes.

Did Trump win? We will never know because the constitutional votes were destroyed.
