He’s an advocate for the New World Order. Once a country signs up to be a member in the NWO, their constitution is eliminated. The constitution of the New World Order becomes the law of the land. It involves a foreign police force, dissolution of the family, one world religion, one World Health Organization, one currency, one world military, one world court system.

Biden wants the current constitution to be shredded and our sovereignty lost. The proponents of the NWO will forgive him of his crimes. He wants our country to fail and our constitution to be replaced.

If he signs up for control by the NWO, he will be exonerated for his crimes. Desperate times require desperate measures and Biden will sell out the American people to save his a$$.

Let’s assume Trump exaggerated the value of his property. The bank has an obligation to do an appraisal. Trump disagrees with the appraisal and goes elsewhere. He goes elsewhere and gets another appraisal and likes the appraisal and decides to sign a contract for the loan. He puts up the property for collateral. He defaults on the loan. It happens in a recession where property values have dropped. The bank puts a lien on the property and then tries to sell the property, but due to the state of the economy can’t sell it to cover the balance owed. Pegw would argue Trump should go to jail for taking a loan for the higher appraisal, for defaulting on the loan and for the economic recession, and the loss incurred by the bank. That’s nonsense.
Any contract has risks and rewards. One has to do a risk reward assessment before they sign on the dotted line. That’s just the business.

If you buy a car and default on the loan the dealer will repossess the car. If that happens the car is now a used car and the dealer is likely to incur a loss. If Pegw was the buyer, I say the dealer should not only repossess the car but charge Pegw the money for the losses incurred. And if Pegw did not pay the loss, she should go to jail. Pegw would you agree with this outcome?

Fraud becomes a crime when it is a “knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact” to induce another to act to his or her detriment.

Let’s break this down. It has to be a knowing misrepresentation of the truth. You go to borrow money on your house. The lender will lend you eighty percent of its value. Each bank does an appraisal and they all differ. The one with the highest appraisal lends you the money. You take the money offered for the highest appraisal. Where is the crime when one tries to get the best value for one’s property.

How did he induce another to act? Did he hold a gun to the bankers head forcing them to lend him the money?

Finally, Did the fraud lead to the lender’s detriment? No, the bank made interest on the entire loan and it was all paid back over a long term loan contract Where’s the detriment?

Peg, you need a base course in Economics 101 and Contract Law 100!

They will bankrupt the government then they will try to explain why they need to cut social security.

The Democrats had $7Trillion set aside to use for Covid and keep the economy going which was charged to the Trump administration. When Covid ended, did they return that money? No they used it to further their agenda.

Their agenda: Promote DEI in schools. Fund illegal immigration providing housing, food, healthcare, clothing , credit cards and more. Green New Deal; EV and charger stations across the country. Pork projects in the Omnibus Bill including $500000 to a gay retirement home and much, much more!

Who was the victim they are recovering the money for. The state of New York where he provided jobs, employment taxes, economic growth, and more.

The money is being stolen by former cab driver, now judge who colluded with an unscrupulous district attorney who’s campaign promise was to get Trump having brought charges and prosecution of a bogus criminal case which has no victim and no basis. These two criminals are using the justice system to create a case, dismiss arguments, demand an exhorbitant/unreasonable bail, demand payment before the case is appealed, imposing restrictions on the sources and methods of acquiring the funds and not granting him a negotiating position to reduce the bail amount. They are treating him worse than a drug lord. Their objective is to steal his personal wealth enriching themselves and achieving accolades from their unscrupulous supporters.

But America knows what these two heartless, charred souls are up to. They will one day have to face up to judgement not in an earthly court of law but the highest court where their actions will be judged before the “Great White Throne!”
