Hey, Graurog - I was talking about RACISM and how I don't care if people call me one. I'm NOT. It's someone's opinion and, like assholes, every one has one, ok! But, ask yourself about stereotypes and bigotry and WHY only whites can be racists!!
As for health care. I have seen the disasters in the UK - the botched jobs, the rotting teeth, the waiting list for 'spare parts' and believe me, socialized medicine does NOT work, ok!!!
I KNOW our system here in the US is flawed, mainly by the insurers and why - 'cos assholes sue over the least little thing, so get the bloody COURTS out of health care and we should see the change we THOUGHT we were voting for with Obummer, NOT the socialized state we are heading for with this communistic monster!! Raaaar!

Gee, so many figures and numbers. I won't begin to understand it but I can see you have knowledge of it. I keep it simple and it is simply this:- ANYONE having total monopoly of ANYTHING is a dangerous and potentially disastrous thing. (Ultimate power corrupts ultimately) I believe in CHOICE for the American people - choice as to whether they want or don't want insurance, AND also as to who they wish to be insured WITH. I also believe that competition is a healthy and a good thing. If one party is controlling everything, they can do (charge) whatever they want in whatever way they want. I might have this wrong - pardon my ignorance therefore - BUT if by assuming that single-payer means ONE controller (ie GOVERNMENT - who I do NOT trust in darn near ANYTHING) then I feel we are surrendering our liberty and placing it in the hands of people who's only agenda is power and control - NOTHING to do with any form of 'care' for the American people. What means are going to be used to regulate this so-called 'care' if only one party is in charge of it? If it is controlled by Government, you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be FOR the Government, and NOT for us, 'we the people'. And seeing as the Government was originally 'by the people FOR the people', doesn't this smack you as totally OPPOSITE to what the Constitution was created for (and to prevent the 'taking over' by Government). Why can't we understand that big government has NO INTEREST in US, the people. It is only interested in ITSELF. Like a huge monster devouring all that stand in its way! We forget that (so far) they WORK FOR US - or should do - but it is rapidly becoming an 'about face' and before long we will have a tyranny that will be invincible and it will be TOO LATE when we all wake up and ask ourselves the question "What happened? How did this come about? What went wrong? " etc. etc. Folks, CHOICE is our only hope of freedom. The chance to DECIDE FOR OURSELVES. WHY oh why are we relinquishing our freedom by allowing Government to make our decisions for us? This will be the END of freedom and liberty if we allow it. Sure, our system is FAR from perfect. But at least we have CHOICE. DO NOT allow them to remove this choice for if we do, we will be entering a new era, and one that will be irreversible. The writing is on the wall. Can you read it?

Yes, he speaks like a lower grade college student, always trying to get some popular reaction to the drivel he comes out with, not like a true statesman. You only have to imagine Reagan uttering the same words as Obama to realize what a ridiculous comparison this is and how the media would have persecuted him had he done so. Obama displays no statesmanlike class or true authority in trying to be popular. Talking in his clichés and riddles only casts doubts as to what real agenda he is trying to hide. Only when he lets his guard down (or his teleprompter fails him) does he reveal his true persona, and that is a very scary thing.
Why can't Obama make just one speech without using a cliché? He speaks with 'forked tongue'.
