Texas Sen. John Cornyn, a Republican who supports Trump, told CNN's Manu Raju that he is struggling "to understand the legal theory" behind the lawsuit. "Number 1," Cornyn said, "why would a state -- even such a great state as Texas -- have a say-so on how other states administer their elections?"
Longtime GOP lawyer and CNN contributor Benjamin Ginsberg lambasted the legal filings, charging that they go against core Republican principles meant to protect states' rights.
"I can't imagine something that is less faithful to the principle of states' rights than a Texas attorney general trying to tell other states how to run their elections," Ginsberg said.

Hot Rod: read the Constitution. U don't have a clue about it's meaning. Apparently, U don't understand that the Con is a contract between the states. Each state's votes effect each and every state relative to a national election. The Con spells out how states are to conduct elections. The Con is the supreme law of the land. It was violated by Democrat election officials when they changed the rules of the election in the waning hours before the election. Burocrats, judges and other have no power to do. ONLY the state legislatues have that power. I don't give a damn what CNN says. They are wrong and U buy into their misinformation. U C? They are stupid as well ignorant.
