LOL!!!

Did you see the other response (that we apparently can't comprehend)? They think if a black female VP takes over the whole ship will sink. They have no idea how that would happen or why - they just can't accept that a black woman can lead the nation so this is what they say. I'm guessing it comes from the same blend of fear, ignorance and bigotry that everything else they say comes from.

LOL - to borrow a term from the Chinese, translated from 纸老虎/紙老虎. The Chinese often use this term to describe the United States which they feel is all bark and no bite. Trump has done a lot to enforce this image with all his tough talk on China but no bite to back it up.

Every move Trump has made, such as starting a trade war has backfired. Xi Jinping is laughing his ass off.

Oh, we comprehend just fine. What YOU seem unable to comprehend is that America *IS* suffering and you don't know why or how, which is why you keep voting for the wrong leaders.

Get serious - you frightened little freaks are the one that want to build walls to make the whole country a "safe space". LOL

TexaCan wrote:

Well apparently Jesus isn't enough because you STILL expect the president to save you. Have another look at the original post - it's pretty clear.

TexaCan wrote:

You morally devoid Liberals are the ones that declare that Trump is our Savior.......show me anywhere that we said Trump is our Savior! You can’t because it’s a lie!

LOL - just because you don't admit it doesn't mean you don't do it. Again, read the original post. IT's got dependency all over it. You want a president to fix all your problems for you. That is SOOOOO obvious. You just don't realize it because it's normal to you.

Here's an example of the difference as expressed by the the leaders we choose...

Obama = "Yes WE Can!"

Trump = "I am the only one that can fix this"

You probably wouldn't notice this subtle difference if I didn't point it out. But it reflects the difference in our cultures. Liberals are much more self-driven and involved, conservatives want leaders to do everything for them.

I'm glad you caught the humor. And you're right it's not true, he wasn't actually standing behind a cardboard cutout. But he *is* a pansy.

There's words and there's action my friend. Trump's words are those of a bulldog yes, but his actions are those of a pansy. Like not having the guts to tell people to their face that they're fired (unless it's a TV show), not showing up at his impeachment hearings to face his accusers (like any real man would do) and cowering in the basement of the White House when protesters march outside. Mr. Bone Spurs is a chicken-shit with a big mouth. Probably made possible by his sheltered life.

At least that's the way I see it.

That doesn't matter so much for us because unlike you poor people we don't expect the president to do everything for us. We know that Biden will surround himself with qualified people and we know that if we want change we can work directly with our representatives.

This is the difference between us... we make changes because we know how. All you folks do is cry about it and pray for a saviour.... and thinking that Trump is going to be that saviour? LOL - now THAT's gotta be embarrassing.

No this is why he is quaking his boots that idiot Trump knows his days are numbered, that is why he is trying to open schools at all costs to safety and sending his troops into states that don`t need or want them. Portland was on the downward escalation when he did that and now it`s worse than before.

Yup, there was no need for Trump to violate state sovereignty by sending federal forces into Portland other than to make things worse, which it did. So it's either an effort to sabotage the cause or to create a state of national emergency so he can delay the elections.

Trump doesn't want to leave office because he knows that once he does he will lose that immunity that makes him think he is above the law and all those lawsuits and investigations that are just waiting for him to leave office will tear him down and probably send him to prison where he belongs if he doesn't have a heart attack first. Either way is fine with me.

As for the "Steve Harvey" nonesense about raccoons... i'm actually astounded that anyone could get so excited over such drivel. I mean, I shouldn't be. I'm very aware of their emotional approach to politics where facts and details have no bearing and everything is qualified with wide-sweeping generalizations that can be used over and over again to recharge their excitement.

In 2019, USAToday ran a story called Trump Nation which presented the opinions of 103 Trump supporters. I actually ran that through an analysis program I wrote to extract and categorize the specific reasons. Here's what I found...

None of the 103 Americans interviewed mentioned any specific law, policy of evidence of an actual problem.

26 of the respondents suggested that Trump is a straight-talker and that's why they voted for him. (suckers!)
24 cited his career as a businessman as their reason for voting for him... LOL
21 indicated their support was due to his position as an outsider.
20 mentioned their hatred of Hilary Clinton as their primary reason.

I wouldn't call these intelligent reasons. Anyone can put on the straight talker act, especially con artists... a businessman can literally mean anything from a CEO to drug dealer and being an outsider really doesn't mean anything either and hatred... Well, people who are guided by their hatred are just asking for trouble.

But my point here is that it's pretty much the same thing as the bit about the raccoons. A handful of emotional feelings and absolutely no substance.

Apparently that's who Trump appeals too, grown adults who never really developed mentally and vote like they're still in grade school.

LOL - I like this part of the fact check...

Q: Did the comedian Steve Harvey author a post in support of President Donald Trump circulating on social media?

A: No. It was written by an anonymous, 80-year-old American, according to the conservative website that first published it in 2016.

This, after Proud Republican says... "That's why I LOVE Steve Harvey!!!!" LOL!!! I wonder what else Steve Harvey "wrote" that makes her love him so much..

HOW I FEEL ABOUT TRUMP: By Steve Harvey
You've been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons.. Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement.. You want them gone immediately!.. You call the city and 4 different exterminators, but nobody can handle the job.. But there is this one guy, and he guarantees to get rid of them, so you hire him.. You don't care if the guy swears, you don't care how many times he's been married, you don't care if he has a plumber's crack, you simply want those raccoons gone!..

You want your problem fixed!.. He's the guy.. He's the best!
Here's why we want Trump: Yes, he's a bit of a jerk; Yes, he's an egomaniac; but we don't care!..
HOW I FEEL ABOUT TRUMP: By Steve Harvey br You've ... (show quote)

He is also totally incompetent and a compulsive liar... which we kinda DO care about.

dtucker300 wrote:

The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republicans and Democrats can be two-faced and gutless, and illegals are everywhere.. We want it all fixed!..

LOL - Well, Trump *IS* another politician and a Republican at that. In case, you didn't know, the very act of being elected to public office makes you a politician. It really is mind-boggling how people can actually think they can have a president that isn't a politician. That's like saying you want a wife that isn't a spouse. ha, ha.

dtucker300 wrote:

We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he insults people, we don't care that he's been married 3 times, we don't care that he fights with Megyn Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell, we don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist..

We don't really care about those things either, what we care about is the fact that he lies to us and he is so damned incompetent. He has not fixed a single thing yet. He just takes credit for anything positive and blames others for anything negative. But he hasn't actually fixed anything. Not one single thing.

dtucker300 wrote:

This country became weak and bankrupt, our enemies were making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in; "AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED”.. And Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want..

Then why has nothing changed? Trump has occupied the White House for close to a full term now and if anything, we are weaker on the world stage and our national debt has increased tremendously. I'm not sure what your problem is with immigrants (I guess you folks are scared of them) and I don't know what your problem is with "special groups" either, but I don't see any change there either.

dtucker300 wrote:

We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, sick of the Republican Party, and sick of illegals!.. We just want this thing fixed..

So fix it! You have the privilege of living in a representative-democracy where people can take control through their representatives. All the problems you mention are problems that WE are supposed to fix through our representatives in Congress. That's who makes the laws, not the president. All the president does is enforce the laws established by Congress. Read the Constitution... it's all right there.

Seems like what you're really asking for is a king or a dictator who will fix all your problems for you. And this is probably why you are so unhappy with the way things are. A lot of those politicians that you are so sick of are actually doing a really good job of answering to the needs of those Americans you don't agree with. But those Americans are getting involved while YOU folks wait around for a president to do everything for you and that's why the racoons took over.

dtucker300 wrote:

Trump may not be a Saint, but we didn’t vote for a Pope.. We voted for a man who doesn't have lobbyist money holding him back, a man who doesn't have political correctness restraining him.. We all know that he has been very successful, he’s a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he's also NOT a politician, NOT a cowardly politician.!..

You couldn't be more wrong. The whole "Trump doesn't have lobbyists myth" is so old I can't believe you still believe it. Trump has always had lobbyists, he just lied about it when he ran in 2016. Since then, he has hired one lobbyist for every 14 political appointments for a staggering 281 lobbyists. That's four times more than Obama had! And political correctness doesn't mean squat. It's no more significant than the good manners Trump doesn't have. Show me ONE single example where being politically correct got in the way of fixing anything.

dtucker300 wrote:

And he says he'll fix it..

And yet he hasn't. I guess liars will say anything.

dtucker300 wrote:

And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong, or looked at and called a liar..

Uh... I think someone needs to tell you that egotism only affects a person's image of himself not the reality of who he is or what he does. In other words, if he's wrong, no amount of egotism will make him right, even though he might think he is. BTW, his egotism has never stopped people from proving him wrong and it's not stopping people from looking at him and calling him a liar either.

dtucker300 wrote:

Also, we don't care if the guy has bad hair.. We just want those raccoons gone, out of our house, NOW!!!

We really don't care if he has bad hair either - we just like to make fun of it because it looks stupid and we have no respect for him. The raccoons are laughing at him too.

Well, at least your corrections make it a complete sentence, but there's still no connection to dead people. You even added the word "alive" to emphasize what I had already assumed from your fragmented sentence that you're talking about live people ...who are "here".

And I answered your question with an honest answer that I'm sure threw you because you folks are so used to assuming pro-choice means pro-abortion. So when I mentioned myself and my two kids being born to pro-choice mothers, well that kinda screws it up doesn't it?

You really did not understand my point, sUp?

LOL - is THAT what you were trying to say?

With this...?

I wonder how many pro-abortionists here, are here because their Moms weren't?

Seriously, how the hell do you expect anyone to read THAT as... aborted babies had no voice? It takes me at least four shots of whiskey and two pints before I can be THAT incoherent with my words. - LOL

Anyway - thanks for your brilliant observation. It's good to let people know that embryos don't get a say in whether they get aborted or not, just in case they don't already know that.

I would add that making abortion illegal won't change that. I mean... you don't actually think that overturning Roe vs Wade means the unborn will get cell phones to call their mother so they can say they don't want to be aborted with a coat hanger do you?
