I believe it is against our, democratic republic, form of government for these two branches of government (leg & exec) to engage in actions that are obviously unconstitutional such as: the treaty by the U.N. on private and personal ownership of guns/arms; to let the states decide; how a national election such as for President, how the legal method for such will be determined ( the USA presidential election won't meet the guidelines required by the elite of third world countries elections).
This is not a states rights issue.
Someone such as Ross Perot with the money to do so and no personal ax to grind should finance a national constitutional convention.

A muslim can not become a naturalized citizen of the USA without lying. Fact! The koran states it is ok to lie, cheat and steal and even kill infidels.
That is you and I. The oath states that one must uphold the constitution of the USA. A muslim must put sharia law first and that is imposible to do and uphold the oath to be a citizen. Fact!
