In this case, we have an inJustice Dept.. Hillary will not be prosecuted because she's hillary, not because she is inocent of wrong doing. This is the most politicized Justice Dept since the dept. was created.
In taking a center line view of what Mrs. Clinton has done, it does seem she stalled for time instead of giving over her entire server and not worry about personal emails at all.
True people have some right to privacy, but it seems she would have given up that right when she was working on "U.S.A" time and not off work, while using those servers.
This debate between everyone here seems to also leave out, what her work was and that there is no way she would not know the implications of her own actions. And the entire ordeal should not be a party issue. It should not drag in who did what 5 or 10 years ago.
With just keeping it easy. Mrs. Clinton was informed to turn over her servers. Her emails. How long a time span took place until she followed up on that request? I think anyone here in the same situation would have the very next day turned everything over. If you have nothing to hide, you would have nothing to worry about.
Looking at what she said was her own private conversations, how did she say those were all about? Cookie recipes? Something along those lines. If so, then please, why have your team of attorneys buy time before you turn everything over? Her actions put her into the "dishonest" line right off the bat.
I am not sure what all legally she is guilty of. But what anyone could say about her now, no matter what any big shot prosecutor would say, how can she be trusted when it is clear she had plenty to hide?
And yet, even if she had a lot of criminal or any other sort of information on her computer or emails, no one would hold her accountable. I see the worst things have already happened to her. She will lose her place in this upcoming election. She is a miserable older woman, with very little to keep her happy other than a pile of money and no place to go.
