Another thing to ponder is that most people who have argued the issue at all know full well the difference between a military assault rifle and a retail assault "style" rifle sold to the public..

they simply, me included, get so lazy they do not type the "style" in the description..

And I will once more say that if some small flexibility is not forth coming now/soon.. when the change does come, the laws will be nearer to what all of you right winger fear so badly..

How many more mass shootings do you think even the most paid for republican will be able to ignore in the near future..

They will make changes at some point when they feel not even the NRA money can get reelected over gun issues..
