BAR stands for British accredited registry they take an oath to be a member of a foreign organization thus a foreign agent. Look up FARA foreign agents registry act.
In the United States[edit]
Membership in the bar is a privilege burdened with conditions.
—Benjamin N. Cardozo, In re Rouss, 221 N.Y. 81, 84 (1917)

Sign outside the Massachusetts Bar Association in Boston, Massachusetts
In the United States, admission to the bar is permission granted by a particular court system to a lawyer to practice law in that system. This is to be distinguished from membership in a bar association. In the United States, some states require membership in the state bar association for all attorneys, while others do not.

Although bar associations historically existed as unincorporated voluntary associations, nearly all bar associations have since been organized (or reorganized) as corporations. Furthermore, membership in some of them it is no longer voluntary, which is why some of them have omitted the word "association" and merely call themselves the "state bar" to indicate that they are the incorporated body that constitutes the entire admitted legal profession of a state.

Look up the original 13 th amendment.

It had to do with certifying and qualifying medical interpreters.
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or... (show quote)

I recently watched a video (lecture/speech type presentation) with the Owner/CEO of a company in the medical device field. He had been taken to court initiated by a terminated disgruntled employee over some sort of vein device and "regulations".

The Obama DOJ dogs became rabid, apparently. After the prosecution rested, the Defense (CEO) stood up and immediately rested. Jury came back within hours Not Guilty!!! I think the entire case lasted 8-10 years, costing the "defendent" $25M. I believe the company's headquarters is in Michigan, but could be Minnesota.

I think the case was heard in Texas. It spanned Utah (disgruntled employee) and California (presentation conference).

Did you ever stop to think that life's circumstances left us "alone"?

Did you ever stop to think that when all that is left to give is just love and nothing else? The Human Condition ALWAYS wants MORE. It's just the nature of the Beast!!!

I am on this Earth to please God, and no one else, however. I am sure I fail Him miserably and daily.

I find it hard to disagree with your definitions of the radical liberals who occupy this board, I also support our freedoms as Americans and support their right to rant, obfuscate, lie and generally make fools of themselves.

So. If we were to segregate them out of our posts, would we be no better than them?

Yep, that's the way I see it. Rather dominating, frankly.

I had an occurrence when a new neighbor moved in next door. When I saw him outside, I greeted him. First thing he asked was, "do yougo to church?" When I responded that I didn't, he said, "I can't talk to you." I guess my presence in the next house was disturbing as he moved out rather abruptly. I have been told numerous times that if I wish to make friends and have neighbors, I must attend a church.

I come from an area where neighbors sat outside evenings and just enjoyed each other. Religion never came up in our conversations. I sure do miss that ambiance. Been in the SW 30 years and still walk, primarily, alone.

I wanted Perot too, but he got scared when he thought he would win, so he sabotaged his own campaign with that crazy VP pick.

I was reminded not too long ago that Perot had dropped out not too long before the election in 1992, then came back on board. Due to my "socially acceptable" mentality at that time, it probably "irked me to no end" so I punished him by voting for Poppi Bush. I got him good!

I left much of my "idiocy" behind long ago, sometimes I wish I had not. I kinda sorta miss those days, seems they were much more 'funner'. Empty, but funner. Angry, yet still funner. Senselessness abounds!!!

You are close QG. Of course there are a lot of polls around, but I think most folks are comfortable trusting Gallup. Trump is hovering around 41% right now.

Compare that to Obama, whose ratings up until this point in his presidency were above 60% - see the chart below Trump's (sorry I could not capture the header in my screen shot. You may choose to trust me that I am conveying Gallup's numbers, but if not, it is easy to confirm.)

It was a "headline" I had scrolled passed this past week sometime. I don't give much credence to "poll numbers". We see how well those "polls" worked for Hillary. But thank you Paul, nonetheless.

In case you didn't know, I didn't vote in 2016, but I was absolutely ecstatic OUR President Trump won.
.
I didn't vote in 2012 either. I regret voting McCain in 2008, but would have never voted Obama. I regret voting Bush Jr in 2004, but thought he needed to finish what he had started. I voted 3rd party (can't recall who) in 2000, but nearly voting Gore. I know I never voted for BJ Clinton (again, can't recall). I voted Poppi Bush in 1988, but wanted to vote Perot(sp) in 1992, but I think I caved for Poppi Bush. I was in the depths of a broken fog from about 1986-1996.

Again Paul, thank you for your efforts. It is appreciated.

You love trump spin. Do you ever question what you hear?

Firstly, rarely does Trump participate in the daily pressers or hearings.

Secondly, the remaining items are relative to any given communication I might entail throughtout any given day in MY life. OUR President Trump is not the "exception". A stranger or a friend, the same applies for all.

He's losing support by his own doing. You may not question what he's up to but to everyone else it seems he's unnecessary courting the Russian for no reason beneficial to the US.

I think that reason may be The Silk Road, but only time will tell. Remember his very recent visit with the EU? Even Merkel(sp) was inclusive toward Russia. I don't know if these words were included in her speech or just a conclusive statement she had later made. I haven't listened to all the speeches yet.

The last I heard President Trump was steady at 48% approval.

I see that your desire to justify or defend Trump's lies leads to your deflecting towards supposed lies/crimes by Hillary, Mr. Alinsky...er, I mean Mr. Bombastic. Efforts/attempts to formally accuse, indict and/or convict her have failed for around thirty years or so. Until any accusation is proven and she is found guilty, I could not agree she should be in prison...no more than all the unproven accusations encompassing President Trump or anyone else in his administration should send them to prison, also. One can only presume or theorize (fantasize) hers or their possible guilt. BTW, isn't that pretty much the case with many (if not most) politicians at all levels It is also the case with 'fake news' and/or 'alternative facts'...both/all sides dabble in similar doublespeak or gobbledygook/balderdash.

I suggest you seek confirmation bias elsewhere, Bombastic, as that is what you are seemingly seeking. Find someone that fits comfortably into your tiny bubble of thought. I'll still like you.

That's one reason why I like to hear it from the HORSE'S MOUTH!!!

Anything other than "witness first hand" is just gossip, really. Embellished or downplayed depending upon who it hinders or helps the most.

Our "so-called" highly paid MSM journalists have become nothing more than gossip fodder amongst themselves. It's really rather disgusting and damaging to OUR country.

I have a feeling the Clintons have surpassed their liability threshold. The Bushes will take the Clintons down before any of this tarnishes that "axis of evil" clan.

Yeah Joe and I disagree here. only Esquires are barred, not attorneys, just The BAR. Congress has the authority to grant exceptions like for Audie Murphy, Sargent York and the entire officers corps as gentlemen and gentlewomen.

I wrote a bill for Oregon and the legislative counsel got it reassigned to another committee and it was dead.

So only those with the title "Esquire" sit on "The BAR"? Interesting differential indeed. Or, does a seat on "The BAR" bestow one the "Esquire" title?

What was the nature of the bill you wrote?

Or are you talking about the FISA court rulings of his nefarious surveillance on Americans for at least the past 6 years?
