I first want to thank you, both for causing me to concentrate on my Lord. The issue of food stamps was fairly easy, the truly needy were to go to the Synagogue where they could get help. When the fields were ripe with grain a portion was left for the poor. Taxes were average a little over thirty percent, including a portion for the widows and the poor. There was no place given for health care. Jesus would heal them. We no longer rely on God for our healing. We can do it ourselves.
