With Donald's latest outburst and his rise in the poles one has to wonder just how racist are conservative's. What's really sad is I doubt any of them think Donnie's words racist!

So what's your point? Obviously you have your opinions. You can call the ACA anything you want, but the reality is that the SCOTUS has ruled that Congress was well within its Constitutional rights to pass that law.

And just like today Congress ignored Madison's words and awarded the Haitian refugees monetary assistance. Just because you find a quote from someone, in history, you think supports your argument doesn't mean the individual you quote is right. Obviously you seem to share the same opinions as Madison, yet even though Madison made a plea to Congress, not provide monetary assistance to the Haitian refugees, Congress chose not to follow Madison's plea and did provide assistance to the Haitian refugees..
