Yes. Stop teaching our youth to believe in wrong. Stop telling our young every body wins, win in fact they don’t. Stop telling them two and two is three. Start teaching them how government works. Start teaching them there is such a thing as pride in a job well done. Teach them there are always going to be people that lose, but it is not a bad thing. Start teaching them the difference between right and wrong. Start teaching them how to function in a world that is not going to give them everything they want.
Teach them respect, for if you don’t, they will not respect anything, or anyone. Stop teaching them what to think, rather how to think. Show them pride and love for there country is not bad. Stop teaching they have a right to anything and everything. They don’t.
Impress upon them they have to earn the right to have anything. Teach them what wrong is all about. For how will they know what is right, if they don’t recognize
what’s wrong? Stop teaching them the world owes them a living. It doesn’t. Start teaching them that love, kindness, pride in self, is far more powerful than any bully could ever hope to be. Start teaching, all lives mater. Teach them the true history of our country.
“ an apple is an apple , as they say. It’s not an orange.
Our history is what it is. It’s what our forefathers stood
Upon in building this nation. Make them understand, it’s the story of a people that took a chance to build a better life for them selves and there posterity. And make them understand it’s a story of a nation and its people that wanted above all else, the joy of freedom.
Impress upon them, yes, we did make mistakes along the way to now, But that’s part of building and learning how to build nation. We didn’t just suddenly wake up one morning and discover we had a nation on our hands. It takes time to build, and mistakes will happen. And above all, teach them, freedom isn’t free.
Many times there is a bitterness to freedom that weighs on the hearts of men/woman. But the very concept of it, is the most noble goal a country and it people can attain. It’s what has made this country the a shining city on a hill. No other nation that came before us, has been able to achieve our standard.
You teach them this, and we may yet turn this ship of fools around.
