Andrei Martyanov : Phase 2

I saw a post proposing that the underneath facilities at Azovstal might actually have been a NATO Command Control Base for coordination of its secret operations in Ukraine over the last 8, if not 30, years. In other words, it's not just a steel factory they retreated into for a last stand. If you connect many dots, this is a brilliant possibility which would explain:
The super security and secrecy of hiding it below a busy industrial site of 40,000 above ground workers,
It's present day ownership by Ukraine's richest oligarch Rinat Akhmetov,
It's original ownership by Andrei Biletsky, the actual founder of Azov, who has described Azovstal as "the fortress of Azov",
The massive preponderance of Azovs in the Mariupol region,
Its access to shipping imports of weapons,
The comprehensive comms facilities it apparently has with facilities outside of itself,
The storage of survival goods it reportedly has in there,
The reputed "400 foreign fighters" might actually be NATO personnel, not merely amateurs from Birmingham with an AK47,
The failed helicopter evacuation attempts.
The Russians must surely know all this and really really want to expose it to the world through a surrender rather than a mass burial (which they would surely excavate later for evidence). Macron and other EU leaders' panic about exposure of the headquarters.
It all makes a very convincing case.
