I don't care about white supremacist anymore than I care about black militants. They're both anomalies and they will live and die in their hatred. In my youth blacks people were suppressed, segregated, and mistreated. Yet looking back your families were stronger and closer than many white families. Your marriages were for life, your faith practiced in your everyday lives. Your out of wedlock births not anything comparable to the 70%+ they are today. In simple but undeniable truth you were an underclass but in even stronger undeniable truth your culture and strength of community and family was exemplary for any race or people to imitate and especially so under the suppressive conditions forced upon you. And although there was much to be sorrowful there was a joy in your communities and in your people that is not nearly as evident today. Why?

In the South white children raised by black nannies loved and love returned. Sincere, genuine love. I had a great aunt who employed a black cook for decades. When that old cook died my aunt never got over her grief. It was more than the grief than the passing of her own husband.

My limited observation is that once you were allowed your God given rights you forfeited your American born and bread culture and adopted some sort of pseudo Africanized culture to demonstrate your independence. In doing thus you unconsciously segregated your own selves again. You have as little in common with a native born African than you do with a native born Greek. You started naming your children with African names, you made up a Holliday as a substitute for Christmas. You fomented a barrier of race equal to that of slavery between blacks and whites. Your culture became synonymous with drugs, sex, crime, and hatred. Even much of your music permeated with violence. Your family life disintegrated. Your joy in life depleted, your anger aroused and abounding. Yet many blacks arose and excelled and are respected leaders in every place in American life. It makes no sense. It is a great absurdity. Ultimately it is sin and I hate the slow progress in our joint redemption. And Obama has not helped us. He made it worse.
