President Trump, is a U.S. Citizen, he has the same 1st Amendment Right as every citizen does.
He is exercising his 1st Amendment Right, when he speaks, people may not like it, but the Constitution does not give them any authority to deny him his, Right, not the people, not the News and not Congress.
