I'm learning a lot. I'm dealing with the judiciary now. They do statutory law. I must get to Article III court then Amendment 11. then ex parte Young, then ex parte Milligan, then Amendment VII. Before I get to common law.
I'm working on it daily. Most all day most everyday.

I am in a battle with the corporate governance. I'm an old man and I decided I was not going to permit any infringement on my unalienable rights. That was a big mistake by almost any standard. However, WFT, there is no way out alive. So, I held the course. I woke up in 2014. I only think I know.

Been arrested 5 times, tried for three offenses. Not guilty for trespass with a firearm. that's good as it was a 1 year sentence. Hooray. Pissed the cops off bad as I got my gun back. Probation for two years on trespass. Then 20 days for failure to possess a driving permit, been fined a few thousand and got off my second probation last July.

I have due process violations at 250K for each issue and there is three cops, 3 judges, a court and a prosecutor 18 USC 3571 filed into risk management. I'm using Testimony in the for of an Affidavit of truth and one for Merit. That's cooking now. There is not a lawful charging instrument. Not lawful and unconstitutional. I would be fun to collect. :):):)

This is almost a much fun as a fistfight.

I have been filing into the Portland Federal district court since, we at Private Attorneys General Across America, with me as the front man, filed 5 papers into Bundy et al. in 2016. I was the only PAG guy on Oregon, so, I got to do it. I filed a total of 11 cases into that court.

I later found out that Portland is not an Article III court. That court defrauded me out of $800 for two case. I didn't pay for the other 9. Filed on demand.
They brought in a visiting judge and the Chief of the 9th got involved. But as they are not an Article III court, I quit them. Which is good as I was declared a vexatious filer. They are all defendants now., as are 28 judges, 36 sheriffs, several clerks, cops, deputies, 28 state Senators, governor, Sec. of State, Attorney General, Speaker of the House and Pres. of Senate. Over 50 due process violations with incontrovertible evidence in the records of courts of record.

We formed Oregon Statewide Assembly and did the paperwork for a jural assembly. We met with the Portland DOJ Seth Uram 12 times; USMS was also present usually. I found out that the boss of the DOJ Portland is without his bona fides, also Anna J. Brown, Bundy judge and Chief Judge Michael Mosman are also without the proper credentials. They are all four defendants now. The Mark O. Hatfield Federal Building 1000 SW 3rd Portland is not on federal land. The feds did a taking and paid of all 6 of the prior owners, sealed the records and never recorded the taking. Totally bogus. That is also a claim along with fraud.

I am unable to find the one supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction in law and equity of the Article III of The United States of America's Constitution circa 1819 thru 1859. I filed into US CIT NY NY an advertised Article III Court. Which contradicts Mookini v United States 303 US 201 ( I think that's correct). Mario clerk of that court said they were not the court I was seeking and refused as agent to send it to the correct enumerated court with that responsibility.

I filed into the Article III court on the second floor of SCOTUS. I got a letter back from the clerk of SCOTUS Scott Harris. He would not accept being an agent and said he didn't know where it was. I tried Fed Dist of DC and Angela Caesar clerk of that court demanded money and is not the court I'm seeking either.
The USA DOJ EO FOIA; National Archives, Library of Congress, Portland DOJ and Portland Fed Dist all refuse to identify the clerk of the enumerated Article III Court. Nor do they provide the correct name of that court nor the address.

How can that be? Do you think there is some shenanigans going on?

I have attached two of the cases filed into Article III.Both filed USPS green card and I have the receipts. So they are lawfully filed, no matter what they do with the paper.

Here is a clear example. Oregon's Constitution has an Original Article II. In 1908 the Governor Benson put Article VII amended into the Constitution without one vote being counted in any county. All the judges and BAR attorneys use amended which is more favorable to the BAR than Common law and the whole bunch agree to use amended. That is color of law.
So, Lincoln incorporated and changed the word of for for or the other way around. Dropped 13 TONA and they all pretend to be a Constitutional Republic but operate as a business not government.

Now, figure it our working class stiff. It always goes in their favor unless it is so egregious as in the Vegas Bundy Trial. Then they pick a fall guy and dismiss the charges.
