If you could see holes in the suspect's shirt you would also be able to see blood. Do you deny that it is standard police procedure to immediately frisk a suspect for weapons? The policeman's camera view indicates he turned his back on the suspect all the way through the restaurant. Would a trained policeman do that?

The first thing any trained police officers would do when confronting a suspect is frisk him on the spot.
