Bush and Cheney were not even going to have an investigation of the greatest crime ever committed in this country until a brave group of victims' wives shamed them into it. When the members of the Commission were selected by Bush and Cheney they were instructed not to investigate to determine who was guilty but to determine how to avoid an attack such as this in the future.
