Dzoktar's court appointed attorney announced Dzokhar's guilt while Dzokhar was claiming innocence. I suspect this court appointed attorney also convinced Dzokhar to throw himself on the mercy of the court by admitting to a crime he didn't commit. Dzokhar was told this was the only way to avoid the death penalty. During the entire trial, no concrete evidence was shown to prove Dzokhar was guilty. The evidence against the Tsarnaev brothers was supposed to be a security video which showed them placing the backpacks. Why was this alleged evidence not shown in court?
