Since there is no Small business bailout, who cares what the big banks will do.
Now if you speak of the Small Business Rescue rescue plan, that is worth my time.
1. If money borrowed goes to pay employees until they can return to work, it is a rescue plan of up to 10 M for any company with less than 500 employees.
2. If 75% of employees get paid for the 90 day period, it is a grant and business does not have to pay back..
3. The bank will receive 5% return for a 90 day note. Nothing like it on the market today. That means it is a great deal for the bank.
4. Once the business reopens and they followed the rules for grant, the bank gets paid back by the SB rescue plan. Thus $5000 on every $100,000 dollar loan is what they earn.
5. The rescue plan can also be used for rent, tax and a few other items plus the payroll benefit.
Say what you want, but I think you would jump on that deal. And big banks will also jump.

What looks like you might not understand what the Fed has done.
Just like they did in 2008, the Fed has taken or will take, if the dems stop playing games, all of this money and put it on their books. Not the tax payers. That then forces the other World Central Banks to pick up what falls into their geographic area.
