If these NFL protesters really want ot affect some change rather than destroy their own industry thus joining the ranks of the unemployed, they could put some of their overpaid salaries together and make a huge difference in the communities that they feel are oppressed...I assure you we would welcome it...
5 players from each of the main four pro sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, AND NHL) along with their star status presence would go a long way to solving the problems instead of disrespecting our nation as they do by taking a knee...
Extrapolating numbers from each of the major 4 sports and the average salaries for each and multiplying that number times 5 members of each sport would generate a revenue stream of over $6.2 million dollars for each community wishing to be addressed... This would solve problems which exist in these communities almost immediately....
In addition, men and women being released from prison would also have a place that they could access to assist them with a new start....
Charles Barkly and Shaq O'Neil, have already stated this to be a challenge to all to step up and do something or else shut the f__k up and stop dissing our country and our people...

Something like that would probably never happen, because it makes too much sense. GOOD IDEA though!!!
