The Republicans in Congress and the Democrats came up with the toughest bill yet on illegal immigration. The Democrats gave the Republicans nearly everything they asked for. Trump needed an issue to run on, so he asked the Republicans to kill it.
Maybe the Democrats were at fault for the immigration mess, but it now belongs to the Republicans!
