Eagleye, Hamas is an enemy of Israel, not a tool. It refuses to recognize Israel or even talk with the Jewish state. There would be no fighting at all if Hamas stopped rocket attacks and digging terror tunnels, and instead tried to reach an understanding and a peace treaty.
What would the United States do if a terrorist organization, sworn to destroy the US launched rockets into Texas for years and kidnapped US servicemen and murdered them? I think we all know the answer to that question!

Char4Dew, It seems to me that Old Eagleye is anti-Semitic. He described himself as " Semitic". He has said little about his background, but I wouldn't doubt if he is of Arab background. That doesn't necessarily follow that he is anti-Semitic. I have been friends with Arab people in the past. He claims to be anti political Zionism, but many of his posts are clearly anti-semitic .
