we have had pages of information refuting this stuff. Even only considering OPP, it has been tossed about over and over. We still have weeks before it even starts so we will see much more from all sides I Am sure...

Yes, payne1000. I watched this just the other day.
My WalMart has horrible plumbing. The toilets don't flush a lot of the time. If two people are trying to wash their hands, the dribble from the faucet just cuts off.
There are lights out all over.
My friend said the closings are probably because WalMart just raised the incoming wage to $9.00/hr and we all know that Sam Walton's children will absolutely not let go of one penny of their precious billions. They will cut everything from the budget that they can.
And there have also been reports that no plumbing trucks or equipment have been sighted here in the USA.
I'm thinking that here, WalMart is getting big money from the government to close the stores for Jade Helm.

Sorry for getting in late and missing the previous conversation on this.

Maybe you've already explained why the military needs to train on private land and train their troops to blend in with the American civilian sector.

This type training would only be useful in military operations carried out against Americans. Regular troops do not wear civilian clothes in foreign operations. If they did they would be executed as spies.

If you've answered that question already, please give me a link to your answer.

It does not take 6 months to overhaul plumbing. Weeks at the most, with staging materials before hand and building permits in place.
Competitive bids are usually submitted to the specifications, etc.
A whole lot of planning for a major rehab has to take place.
