I'm taking advantage of using you, Slats to offer a testimony, it should go on the Psalms site maybe, but I think more people read this one.
Yesterday, maybe you noticed I did VERY little posting, I felt - not so good. My heart was really acting up, the nitrostat was more like candy than medicine. I went to a friend for prayer, it helped, but I still hurt. Then I decided to do today's Psalm prayer, rather than get up so early to do it. Not realizing it, the last two lines the Lord led me to type out were from Him to me. After typing them, the light came on. Praise the Lord.
"Come to Him with sincere heart, lay your cares at His feet, then walk away leaving your cares behind you. That is trust, that is what the Lord looks for."
That woke me up, I did just that - my heart has felt fine since. Reason, and the help of Satan, can mask what is so plain, and so in front of you that you don't do what you should do - give it to Him, walk away and leave it.

I'm going to go one farther - I wanted to change my avatar, blue is my favorite color. I tried changing it - no go, used the instructions my granddaughter gave me - nothing.
Finally, I decided I'll try one more time, this time I asked the Lord to help me - I do NOT know what I did, but it changed, not to worry just say Thank You, Lord.
