I think we'd do well to stop with the Democratic and Republican Party talk. It misleads us. All the talk about Bush did this and did that, but let's look at Bush's policies. There is very little true conservatism in what he successfully implemented - for whatever reason. He further the federal involvement in secondary education, he extended unfunded entitlements, and he went along with defict spending - all very liberal ideas.

We need solutions that deal with problems - and those problems most often come from over extending the federal government's role in too many aspects of the individual Americans lifes.

You know, there has been another mass shooting. Shouldn't you be out buying more weapons for your arsenal before the government comes and takes them away. Oh wait, wouldn't the government be taking away all of those new guns you would be buying? I believe another AK15 was used.

I liked Bush as a person (he's a good man), but cannot argue with your comments about his taking us further left.

All money troubles, in my view, lie in the holder of the purse strings of government: the US Congress. They don't have to fund anything they choose not to,but they are too chicken to make responsible decisions and there are far too many crooks within our government and probably always have been!

Obama is starting to be an embarresment to the democrats. Putin made him look like an idiot. Everyone is starting to see that Obamacare is a big lie. The world is laughing at America for electing an unqualified Community Advisor as President.

Boy I wish that were true. Just today I saw an article by FactCheck that turns facts upside down in trying to support Obama and Obamacare.
Much of the world is laughing at us, but much of America - the tried and true Obamaists - think he was successful in this whole Syria event. A lot of them are dependents of the government and they see Obama as their benefactor - so no amount of any real world stuff will deter them from their adoration of him

The laws passed by Congress last year was fewer than at any point since 1947, and they will have 239 vacation days in 2013. They just got back from vacation and will be leaving on another one next Monday. I'm sure they have accomplished something that you want since they have not passed a single bill of President Obama's. They have not passed one single jobs bill, but continue to complain about people being on food stamps. They filibustered the Veterans Job Corp Bill 2012 and now we have 900,000 veterans on SNAP. That must have been some progress for you.

Speaking of government moochers, I wish you would tell your GOP governors to stop mooching off of the Blue States. That is where that redistribution of wealth comes from, the Blue States sending money to the Red States. If GOP governors paid their own bills there would be fewer Socialist. Really, my answer to this problem is to defund Red States and watch them go bankrupt.

Rick Santorum declares that President Obama is getting America hooked on the "narcotic of dependency" and Romney warns that government programs "foster passivity and sloth".

It is just mind-boggling what those Red States spend their Federal handouts on, it definitely is not roads since that frigin Texas governor is letting his roads go back to dirt and gravel after they were torn up by all of those trucks hauling oil. It looks like the future transportation for the Red States will be the horse and buggy. Whoopeeeee!

Oh, good! You are angry and I enjoy keeping the rights bloodpressure at the boiling point. It's good for you.

Today has been another good day for the right and the NRA, 12 dead by another shooter with false ID and illegal guns. Hey, shooter fraud, something like voter fraud but more deadly.

After the NRA's secret database was discovered I would not be able to trust those lying bastards again. Not only did they buy some of those names they are selling them. Talk about an infringement on the 4th.

Did you add to your gun family?

Yeah, you should be angry finding out that the gold-diggers, parasites and moochers that you complain about are your very own GOP governors. And if you are living in a Red State they could be your neighbors and you would not know it.

You sound really happy and pleased with yourself that the 113th Congess, who has an approval rating lower than gonorrhea and chlamydia haven't passed any jobs bills. People can not work if there are no jobs, you cannot let people starve when it isn't their fault. Of course, you party is devoid of a soul and you would just let them starve.

Food Stamp Spending Doubled Under Bush, Doubled Again Under Obama
http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2013/jul/19/tom-cole/rep-tom-cole-says-food-stamp-spending-doubled-unde/

Obamacare has been implemented in 13 states including 4 GOP states, Iowa, Arizonia, North Dakota, and New Jersey and they are doing just fine. Three other GOP states are expected to go aboard soon.

Just "suck it up", OC is going to be just fine. One of the small rural hopsitals closed in a GOP state because they did not expand Medicaire, that is not very good for jobs.

Since the right doesn't think that the rich or big corporations should be taxed because they are the job creators, we should be drowning in jobs. Talk about failures. We had 8 years of Bush taxing the poor and giving tax breaks to the rich, WHERE ARE THE JOBS?

I won't address the majority of your post since it is more of the Blue - Red state crap that you have been on about for so long. Do you really believe that more people are on the government dole in red states? You just don't know much about the population of the US do you.

What I would like to have you do is to check Dirty Harry's "Table" of bills from the House to do with jobs. He does table anything like that, but being misinformed you don't seem to know that.
