If those murders were caused by illegals then they would be the "shirtless thugs" who should not have had guns and a simple background check would have prevented them from getting guns. With the laws the way they are now anyone can have a gun so stop complaining.

You really should know this after Chris Christie and Rand Paul spared off about a month ago after Paul called New Jersey a "give me" state because of Super Storm Sandy. And Christie had to remind him that for every $1 a blue state sends to the federal government they get back .61, and for every $1 a red state sends to the feds they get back $1.51.

Even Gov. Rick Perry said he liked getting that federal money when he decided not to secede from the union when Obama was re-elected. We were hoping the red states would secede and go bankrupt and that would prove to the nation that they are the Welfare States. Unflippingbelievable, the very group of people who are trying to humiliate the poor for needing assistance are themselves on the federal dole.

Now most Americans until very recently would, if they had any financial problems would shun any welfare handout and if there were no family or relatives to ask for help would sell the equivalent of Apples on the street corner, bag groceries at the supermarket or nearby bodegas at night and on weekends. make deliveries and send the kids to look for part-time jobs after school. The wife already has a job! If there was no immediate work then they would wash dishes in the nearby coffee pot restaurant.....this is what Americans were accustomed to doing. Politicans came along to buy votes and sucked all the pinocchios in with free fun and frolic and then got them trapped with all these free goodies. I read the article and PJ Media is a Conservative rag that does nothing but write lies about Obama. The right will do anything to ruin this presidents terms, and they are failing miserably. Mitch McConnell said they were going to make Obama a one term president, that failed, Jim DeMint said he was going to make Obamacare Obama's "Waterloo", that failed. Karl Rove spent $100 million trying to defeat Obama, that failed.

Groundswell, the coalition that was formed by Ginny Thomas, the wife of Justice Clarence Thomas was exposed and that failed. The conspiracy theory about Obama running for a 3rd and 4th term is definitely not going to happen. I would further refer you to the US Dept of Justice, yet another bastion of gun rabid individuals, whose statistics show incidents involving guns are down significantly. Perhaps as a further effort, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, yet another group of rabid gun supporters, reports showing a decrease in gun related incidents are down would be worth your time. Now, I know CNN and MSNBC are providing you this information....NOT.

My brother-in-law is a sheriff in CO and they want gun safety laws. I have neighbors who are law enforcement officers and they all want gun safety laws. It makes their job easier, because dealing with murders is time consuming and drains their resources.

You see, when ever a GOP governor is in control the first thing they cut is education, fire fighters and law enforcement officers.

You are most likely reading the NRA's justification for giving guns to everyone even the blind. The NRA can't sell their own rhetoric without lies, fantasty and conspiracy theories.

This country... the most advanced country in the world cannot solve 200,000 murders every year because they lack the resources. So that is 200,000 criminals that are on the loose.
