IRS, Obamacare, Immigration, Secret Service, Interior, HS, State Dept, CIA, FBI have all been poorly run.

I'll give you the Secret Service and Obamacare initial implementation, and he did take action both times. The Obamacare implementation mess was fixed pronto, and face it you never expected that. The rest of your list is just partisan ranting. I could match it for Bush easily. Starting with Defence and CIA. Oh, and State. Throw in Treasury. Interior. Oh right, remember FEMA? That's just off the top of my head. And Bush was an MBA and a "professional manager!"

Yes, some things went badly under Bush. Some quite badly. But 1st. There was never this level of incompetence and 2nd. Bush manned up when he screwed up and didn't try blame everyone else and 3rd. The reason the Bush admin was much more competent was that the problems that occurred didn't occur due to Bush's hubris.

Fixed pronto? It took 6 Months and hundreds of millions of additional dollars to get the website running. The government ran much better under Bush. Maybe Secret Service knows something we don't?

There was no specific intel . Have you ever read the August PDB? Most of it was old Clinton Era Intel. Democrats blocked reforms which would have prevented the financial crisis don't blame Bush.
Obama failures have been across the board. From IRS to the VA to Eric Holders justice department. There is not a properly functioning department in the Obama regime. Not even Secret Service.

Well, I have to take difference with the opinion that Obamacare has been fixed.
But the secret service mess makes sense when put in terms of ObamaCare. Extreme sarcasm warning:
1.) The POTUS is obviously on the "Bronze" level Secret Service Protection plan.
2.) He wants and thinks he deserves a 24 hour/7 day a week "Cadillac" Secret Service Protection Plan.
3.) We could give him that "Cadillac" Secret Service Protection Plan but we would have to charge him through his buttocks for it to pay for all the politicians who are too poor to afford around the clock Secret Service Protection.
As silly as that sounds, the moral of the story is.....
See what happens when you let government handle something?
It becomes BIG, EXPENSIVE and generally does not work worth a damn.
