It came to my mind that the NSA's spying on USA citizens is unconstitutional, but not until the Supreme Court says so. I contend that the NSA need not spy on USA citizens unless they have probable cause (reason to believe) that citizens are engaged in acts of terrorism. Our security could be greatly enhanced if the gov. would prohibit Muslims from entering the USA, or flying on an American Airline. Out going FBI Director, Mueller, said last week that airplane security is a big concern. Foreigners have no fundamental rights to enter this country. Until there are more mass murders of Americans by Muslims in this country this idea will never float. How dangerous are Muslims? Take a look at the middle East. They are killing each other and Christians by the 100s every day. I believe we need to stay home. Stay out of their business. Defend our shore. How would you feel about Russia getting involved in the internal affairs of America? Our imperialism must stop. We can not afford to be paying for peace all over the world any longer. We are broke! The credit card is about maxed out!

It is unconstitutional because the U.S. Constitution says so. Do you think the Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the U.S. constitution? Think. They may make interpretations of terms or words to clarify, but they may not amend. They may determine whether other laws conform to the constitution but not on the articles and amendments of the constitution itself. If they try to go into that area, they have gone rogue and must be impeached.

Absolutely spying on American citizens without cause is unconstitutional because we have a RIGHT to privacy. The Constitution says so!
Yes, we don't need to be anywhere with our weapons except on America's shores. We don't need to "help" any in the ME or in Africa or in S. America. We need to help AMERICANS! When will that ever happen? :hunf: :hunf:
