We have seen these abuses played out. Does Petraeus ring a bell? Does chief justice Roberts ring a bell? This administration has proven time and time again how corrupt they are. Fienstien is a fool, She like the botox riddled brain of Pelosi are from Ca. that says it all. It is amazing all these fools mentioned in this article were out there calling Bush every name in the book, yet when the fraud-in-chief comes in and takes this to a new level there is silence. God help us if this practice is continued under say a Hillary. We thought there were no dirtier politicians like the Clintons. Well we were wrong this administration has brought Chicago filth to DC. Big brother is upon us. Sadly there are far too many voters who are dumb as a box of rocks.

Technical point: "Dumb" refers, in reality to the inability to speak. I believe the correct term you should have used is "dumbassed." At first I considered "stupid," but felt it lacked the piquance I was reaching for.

I believe that a lrge part of the Obama Gestapo's reason for the surveillance is to keep tabs on what Obama's enemies are doing. His enemies in congress, some news media, and various government agencies. They can't communicate sevurely with each other except in person because of the telephone, e mail, and internet spying. I would not be surprised to learn that some of their meeting places are bugged.
I wonder if Obama's enemies even realize that they are being spied on while they discuss strategy.
