The government wants to ban everything, whats new? I once raced dirt bikes in the desert's of California. One day signs popped up all over the place, no off roading. If it's fun, they will try to stop it... Big Brother.

Most States limit off roading to designated PUBLIC areas. Off roading causes property and environmental damage. These laws most often are enacted at the request of private property owners; not because "big brother" is wanting to limit your fun.

Arkansas has a huge conservative majority and this legislation smacks of collusion between Church and State. The law is most likely based on religious dogma considering that the Bible warns about disfiguring ones body.

This was not state land but BLM US Government land 40% of California is US government land. What pissed me most was the Sierra Club would drive 4 x4 jeeps all over the place with there big wigs so the could enjoy the scenery.

All government, of course, is against liberty.
