Being honest here -- With no doubt in my mind those who are testifying against Trump are trying to make things look as bad as possible and probably making stuff up and displaying obvious histrionics while doing so . That does not mean that Donald has not been a bad boy .

I am sure he has done things he shouldn’t have done, but none of us are perfect, we all mess up, only Jesus was the sinless one. They will do whatever it takes, to get him out.

Sounds logical.

Our favorite career criminal is finally being held responsible for his crimes. The jury will hear the evidence and make a decision on the facts.
Hope Hicks is on the stand today. I am wondering if they will ask her if she had an affair with Trump too.

Your favorite career criminal is occupying the White House.

It appears they are setting the stage as nothing these reprobate traitors have plotted is working - Democrat has put forth a bill anyone convicted of a felony will no longer have security detail protection - the trial locations were methodically chosen - Bidens handlers are behind all of it - he isn’t smart enough as evidenced in all the flip flopping he has done over 5 decades on the tax payer dollar - These type of issues need to be dealt with as they arise and not wait for them to be stuffed in a 2000 page bill that no one gets to read - remember Pelosies coment when Obamacare was up for a vote - no one was afforded the time to read it - we need to pass it so we can find out what’s in it - anoth Democrat farce and on top of that Robert’s who is suppose to be neutral rewrote the bill allowing it to pass

It's actually true. If I were Trump I'd refuse to pay the fine. The gag order is a joke, it's one sided. Everyone can talk about the trial except trump.

Did you see that Pomerantz took the 5th when asked if he broke any laws while investigating trump

Should have thrown the charges out right then.

This bill just tells me how desparate the Democrats are. There's a big change in the party with the aging out of people like Pelosi and Schumer and they are desparate that their little secrets aren't revealed or their treasure trove that were earned on the backs of Americans isn't disturb or frozen. I'm hoping Trump rids his admin of any who are there now and replaces them with those who have shown they are not afraid to stand up to Democrat Gangbangers like the two mentioned.

Hope so too.

The longer it goes the more the trial of Trump is shown to be a political hack job farce with no illegal activity except in the minds of those who hate him.

Hate has nothing to do with this. Trump is accused of breaking campaign finance regulations multiple times to hide his affairs with two women. And yes, you are right, affairs don't matter, and hiding affairs don't matter. But hiding them because you are afraid they are going to cost you the election does matter. This is where Trump crossed the line and committed campaign finance violations on at least 31 occasions.

So you could love Trump with the greatest of passion like Melania or hate him with the greatest of passion like Micheal Cohen and it wouldn't matter. All that matters is whether the prosecutor is able to convince twelve people on the jury that Donald Trump willfully broke the laws in any of the 31 indictments against him. Now if just one juror thinks that the prosecutor hasn't fully met his burden of proof then you will have a hung jury and Donald will likely get off scot-free. Given the way things are going, that's probably the best that Trump can hope for.

But what it looks like is that Trump has isolated both the judge and the jury by denigrating them, demeaning them, and making personal threats against the judge's daughter. Remember, these are people who hold his fate in their collective hands. Even if he can't get them on his side he needs their objectivity unaffected. You can't achieve that by spouting lies each and every day.

What Trump should understand, but clearly doesn't, is that the judge has the power to only give him a slap on the wrist and let him go on his merry presidential way or put him in jail for up to 4 years. So this is the man Trump made the choice to isolate on the first day. A bad case of dumb and dumber...

Now the thing that you conservatives have to grapple with is what are you going to do if/when Donald is convicted and very likely sentenced to jail? Now you MAGA conservatives would vote for him if he turned red, grew horns, and a great big pointy tail but what of those in the independent middle? If you lose just 5% that's it, you'll be left out in the cold again and it will be no one's fault but Donald J. Trump's!

Trump didn't make threats against anyone. Telling the truth a/o criticizing are not making threats, but it's ok with you for the prosecution's witness Cohen to go on TikTok or the leftist opinion shows and say nasty lies about Trump?

There was no reason for Bragg to bring these made-up charges that were once a misdemeanor book-keeping error that ran out on the statute of limitations and twist it into an "election interference offense". The prosecution is the one committing the election interference by keeping Trump holed up in a courtroom 4 days a week with a gag order, when he could be out campaigning.

"Hush money" payments are not illegal nor are non-disclosure agreements. They're done all the time with high power CEOs, politicians or celebrities who want to keep business or personal affairs non-publicized.

What will you do if there is a hung jury and Bragg decides not to retry or a miracle happens, and Trump is acquitted?

If one pays more attention to Behavor, and less to mindless hateful Rhetoric from either side, it looks like both Biden and Trump may be out of the running for the White House?

Both Biden and Trump are bad for America at this point. Neither has the ability of calming this Society down and reunifying it. The reasons are obvious to nonpartisan Voters.

The partisan Voters are so wrapped up in their individual and collective vicious Hatred and ridiculous irrelevant Rhetoric that it actually endangers the existence of this Nation, and threatens another Civil War.

Each of their Party Leaderships only guarantees four more years of this Stupid fight between the two Parties. They will never work for We the People, meaning all Americans, again.

Liberals have RFK, Jr. Conservatives have the Libertarian Party. Both are far better than the two Clowns the Partisans have. At least they're not trying to kill each other.
