Mr.PB once told me he had issues with remembering the day of the week. As a continuing humor between us, when I see him online, I find a way to insert the day of the week.
The other day I was completely off on the day of the week, hence our comments today.

I teach concealed carry and personal defense, I am a certified pistol instructor, certified range safety officer, certified pistol smith, I have an FFL and operate a gunsmith shop. I wouldn't mind spending time in one of our schools a few times a week. However our district superintendent won't allow firearms on any of our school grounds. This is another person who know nothing about guns and won't be educated. I have even gone so far as to offer to instruct up to 5 school personnel through my class free of charge. But he won't hear of it. This is what comes of having closed minded people in charge.

You know how we often joke about our guns being lazy, setting around doing nothing? Maybe the answer is to hide an unloaded gun in a school for five days. You then take the gun out, tell the principal it has been there five days and done absolutely nothing.

The Government through the department of education has been demonizing guns and gun owners for the last sixty years. It is a determined effort to disarm the American public. If you make it real difficult to get a gun. get to a range to use the gun, make it socially unacceptable to hunt. Then the next generation will not have the passion that we do to shoot for recreation and they surely will not pick up a weapon to defend themselves or the country. At that point tyranny will run rampant. Right now the American citizen is a slave to the tax system and the Federal Government...right now we can change it. If we lose our guns the Government will have nothing to fear from us.
