(129 facts :-) Fascinating, this list of Jewish scientific innovation and charity that has been gifted to their neighbors, rescuing 22,000 Ethiopian Jews from that civil war, all under a code of ethics based on the 10 Commandments and they are still hated by the intellectuals in American and European universities.

Why did their Mossad intelligence fail them on the October 7th, 2023 HAMAS attack?
Nobody heard them drilling or blasting all those tunnels?

Something is wrong. Is it that the Mossad is tied to our CIA and German BND?
This is a must read - all about Hitler's Gehlen Intelligence Operation (now Germany's BND), hooked up with our CIA - even today. GW Bush had this report released in 2002 with our US Army approval. Please read at least Volume I. If you aint crazy yet, you will be. How is this possible:

Volume I
Forging an Intelligence Partnership: CIA and the Origins of the BND, 1945-49
A Documentary History Volume I NAZI WAR CRIMES DISCLOSURE ACT
Editor: Kevin C. Ruffner
CIA History Staff Center for the Study of Intelligence
European Division Directorate of Operations: 1999
Approved for release 2002 for cordination with US Army
https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB146/Volume%201%20intro.pdf
52 pages

and

Volume II
Forging an Intelligence Partnership: CIA and the Origins of the BND, 1949-56
Part II: Pullach Operations Base and U.S.--German Cooperation

I'll definitely read this this afternoon. Unfortunately, the dishes and laundry were as lazy as I was yesterday and didn't do themselves even though I gave them all day, the little brats. ( other words came to mind ) but I promise to read that today.
Thanks for the links.

This is what I've been trying to say. My husband also doesn't believe Israeli intelligence - and by extension, Bibi - didn't know about it or that the IDF couldn't have intervened sooner.

But I don't know that it's the CIA - I believe Bibi Tok advantage of the *known* pending attack to let it happen and ensuring there would be enough casualties to get world sentiment behind him/Israel.
He avoids a no-confidence vote which he might have lost, and he and others higher up in the Israeli govt decided this was their chance to really pulverize Gaza and the Palestinians so badly they would finally leave.

Though I don't know where he thinks they will go. Many of those families have been there in that area for decades, if not centuries.

If one considers 2005 till 2024 decades…

The current residents replaced Jewish residents in 2005 and elected Hamas in 2007.

The 2006 agreement was why that happened. But I think the Israelis displaced Palestinians first.
But I do remember watching & reading all the news reports about Palestinian kids - it was usually very young men - throwing rocks (and it was usually rocks) and then an overblown Israeli reponse that almost always resulted in death(s) vs. injuries.
I try to put myself in the other person's place and imagine how I would feel or what I would do in reaponse. Probably too often, or so my boss tells me. I tend to overthink things.
But I can imagine that for the Palestinians, Hamas might have seemed less like a terrorist group and more like a military or protective force.

Jews, remembering David's encounter with 9'9" Goliath, know that rocks can kill. Palestinians are so smart they took rocks to a gun fight. Hate causes those not too bright to begin with to do, think and say stupid things.

NotMAGA, I would disagree with you here.
How could HAMAS receive all that drilling equipment to make hundreds of miles of tunnels with nobody noticing?
How could HAMAS make rockets out of pipes purchased for plumbing infrastructure with nobody noticing?
How much money in charity from the United Nations and the Biden administration did Gaza receive and how was it spent and nobody was counting?

This is what Intelligence is for. Obviously, there is a mole in the Mossad, tied to the CIA and BND.
Israel has been poorly advised from inside and outside.

Bibi Netanyahu is a moral patriot of Israel, but certainly not capable of such negligence and blatant murder of his citizens or Palestinians. And you know that!

The young people, who literally know nothing of history in Israel, Europe, the USA , are pushing socialism at all costs, and it will fail them just as it has failed China, Russia, Venezuela, North Korea, the European Union, and Makmud Abbas and HAMAS of the Palestinians, both economically and morally. It is delusional to think a centralized planned economy by "experts" will meet the needs of individuals.

Have you ever worked for a large corporation that was unionized that had no recognition of merit; everybody was paid equally while some literally knocked themselves out to produce, others coasted, and worse, some stole merchandise or money from the cash register? There were hidden cameras all over the place where everything was recorded, even if you had an itch? That's socialism.

When the United Nations "created Israel" there was no consultation with the other residents of Jerusalem, even though the population of Arabs was quite minimal in the British protectorate. There is a good history of how this all came down in a historical novel, a biography of Eleanor Dulles, the little sister of Allen and John Foster:

"The Witness Tree"

We need a business man, a builder of wealth and industry in the Middle East who can help it prosper under the Abraham Peace Accord, someone who knows "The Art of the Deal."

Thank you for the book rec. Sounds interesting.
But if you want someone who knows the art of the deal I think DJ is not the best choice. Did you ever read the 2016 article in the New Yorker interviewing Tony Schwartz, DJs ghostwriter for the book? It's almost spooky that your phrase above using the title is almost the same as that in this article.

"Trump, facing a crowd that had gathered in the lobby of Trump Tower, on Fifth Avenue, laid out his qualifications, saying, “We need a leader that wrote ‘The Art of the Deal.’ ” If that was so, Schwartz thought, then he, not Trump, should be running. Schwartz dashed off a tweet: “Many thanks Donald Trump for suggesting I run for President, based on the fact that I wrote ‘The Art of the Deal.’ ”

I think up until then, people were unaware that DJ had not actually written the book.himself.

I have read "The Art of the Deal" by the young Donald Trump, and to doubt his book editor would now want to claim the glory, the envy factor has set in amongst too many of our citizens.

The first version of 'The Art of the Deal" was written by John Forbes Nash, "Non-cooperative Games" for his 1950 doctoral thesis at Princeton University for Advanced Studies, Nash's paper created algorithms for negotiating tactics in economic game theory using vectors to triangulate deals - also known as Nash's Equilibrium, something many businessmen and politicians study for making win-win-win compromises.

So I don't think Tony Schwartz can make any claims on Trump's book.

And, yes, I was referring to Donald Trump

Yes, I assumed you meant DJ.

Even a schizophrenic dead 96 yr old like Nash has a more "beautiful mind" than DJ will ever have alive.
