Isn't this really a case of "if it's note broke why fix it?" For 237 years presidential immunity has not been an issue until Leftists, (Marxist) clambering for Trump's blood, clearly began using lawfare to kill their political enemies. It seems to me that the issue, focus and scrutiny is better served by strict policing and sanctioning judges like Columbia born Juan Merchan. I am appalled that many of our best legal minds say this petty little judge is way out of bounds yet there is no one who can do anything about it even, I presume, SCOTUS. This is Soviet Justice loosed within America. It will grow, the Genie is out of the bottle.
