Western Law in the US gives a farmer the right to kill predatory dogs. That means any dog that kills any livestock. The fine to the owner of the dog is 3X the value of the livestock. Try to find the owner. They hide like the creeps they are for raising a killer.
Cost of a producing dairy cow is $1,500 to $3,000. (Probably not current prices) They are worth three times that if your dog kills one. Dogs are gangsters and will kill as many as they can.
After I once watched three coyotes surround and kill a dog I never shot another coyote as they only kill animals for food while dogs kill for pleasure. Come home some night and find your kids 4H Project dying because some idiot neighbors dogs got into your corral and murdered your kids animal.
Good Samaritans from cities take their unwanted ‘pets’ out to the country and turn them lose so they can live free like Bambi. Stupid, stupid people.
