Yes, he couldn't prosecute Hillary because he couldn't prove it, not enough evidence.
And who stole the documents? Nobody stole them. Apparently, It's common for those officials to take them home to review and such. And some, forget to return them after their term.
Pence and everyone else who had documents at their possession was asked to return them, and they did. They gave it back willingly.
Unlike Trump, he did not willingly gave them back. Instead he kept lying about it!!!

He’ll never admit it. Either he’s an idiot or a troll. Maybe a trolling idiot. Presidents are the only entity that can obtain and keep classified documents outside of their job. They can declassify anything. Biden nor Pence could remove them from the SKIF. That’s the law. Probably a whole bunch of thieves would love to have the option of just giving stolen items back to keep from being prosecuted. Hillary was guilty of a crime. Comey named the statue she broke. He declined to prosecute her because as he put it, she didn’t intend to break the law. Even though service members have done the exact same thing, were arrested and served time. The statue specifically says intent is not a factor. So, yes, there is a two tiered justice system. One for the rich and powerful (especially Democrats) and one for the rest of us.

Or maybe it's because you have no student loan? But if he does the other things for you, car or mortgage payments, then you're ok with it?
Just to be clear, I don't have student loans. I do have mortgage and car loans. So that would be nice for me also. But I'm not sore about it. I'm able to pay them.
But it Seems biased to me, if that's what you're sore about, because it doesn't benefit you.
